SCAM ARTISTS - BEWARE

I signed up with Set Schedule on March 31,2022. My sales rep Nathalli Ibarra sold me on Set Schedule on March 31st with the promise of getting a refund if I decided it wasn't a good fit for me. I signed up to lock in the discount that was supposedly expiring that day. I called her back within 12 business hours to ask for my refund. It's now been 2 weeks with no answers. I've spoken to six different terrible customer service agents, most recently Rose Ann Lopez, but keep getting the run around. I just hung up the phone with Rose shaking my head because she said her supervisor Steve Vrieling doesn't have a phone number that I can reach him at. Uhhh?! I feel like I've been scammed. Hopefully a Set Schedule representative will see this and issue me a refund. Update to follow soon.

Dont do it!

Unfortunately I fell victim to their sales tactics, they cold call you and pressure you into signing on with them so you dont have time to research them and see that they are running a scam, they promise you prequalified leads when in reality they are predictive leads with no value. After the fact while I was filing my BBB complaint I saw over 300 similar complaints, and Setschedule responds with the same scripted reply and nothing can be done,

Worst of the Worst

Setschedule provides the absolute worst leads out there. Bad numbers or people who are looking in other markets not anywhere near where I'm located. Additionally I'm guessing the recycle the leads/contact info as numerous people have messaged me back threatening legal action if they're not taken off the contact list.
In addition to that this service actually wants a referral fee IF you're able to get a deal and close a transaction... on top of paying for their terrible system. Don't waste your money!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a lead generation company and I have been in the business for over 15 years. They don't tell the truth on what their leads end up being. No way to take your grievance to management, reps lie right and left, and watch out for an annual auto renewal.

**FRAUD ALERT**

We cancelled their service last year at the date below, and they proceeded to charge my card again for this year, and we have not used their service but for 45 days. They keep directing us circles on the phone and are NOW telling us we did not send the cancellation to the right department in May of 2021? These people do not deserve to be in Customer Service.

Brandon and David, we are a very busy team, and currently this program is not what has not met the expectations given to us by Set Schedule. We made this commitment in good faith that we would see viable leads within the system of up to 200 per month. Most of the leads have been RENTERS, which we do not want or need for our business model at this time or in the foreseeable future.

Please accept this as our cancellation notice with your company, as of today the leads are mostly rentals and the leads that are viable buyer or seller leads are even stating they do not need assistance at this time as you can see on all of those that have been archived, some under contract and others on the market currently.

Please see about pro-rating our remaining months left on this program. As of Today mid May, we have received a total amount of leads of 19 for the month, nowhere near the 200 leads as promised when signing up for the program.

And the problem is that Set Schedule knows it's a piece of $#*!. It's just AI backed by offshore incompetence with recycled, however, very eloquent Canned responses. Bunch of bull$#*! responses over and over tossing you around like a hot potato never resolving anything. The CEO is a genius and knows the pain points of agents and I'm sure they are very successful generating revenue, but suck generating leads. They are just buying recycled stale leads as verified by prospects I called. The supposed sellers leads by LJ Marketing are the worse and these people should be reported to the authorities for elder abuse because these leads are all elderly people that have been pummeled by phone calls and they never had any intent on selling. There are not even any leads in my Center points. I have never seen a Verified lead in my area and NEVER been handed a live transfer as falsely advertised. I'm turning the app off today and taking my losses. At least it's a write off, but sure hurts after entering in good faith. They will basically take whatever amount of money you offer because they have no expenses to give nothing in return anyway other than a sham platform. There are 10,000 agents from my brokerage here in California and they will all soon know about this scam. Katrinka Mack was the sales agent that took my money and she should be ashamed of herself.

Do not use they are a scam

They promise leads they can't deliver. I didn't get one lead. In five months I complained every day. The site is run by a call center based in the Philippenes or somewhere in asia. They will steel your money they won't deliver and then they will state that they don't refund the money. They are scammers that do not provide any service at all. Zero leads! Not one! Not one time

100% Waste of time and money

I signed up with this company with the solid expectation that I would be getting solid leads that were looking to buy and sell homes. Almost all of the leads I have gotten never respond to phone calls, voice mails, text messages or emails. I have spent so much time reaching out and I have been unable to convert even a single lead since I signed up June 10,2021. They have a great sales team to give you a great expectation, but once you have signed up it's terrible after the fact. They have people that reach out to you to see how things are going, but when I express my frustration and explain that I have not even gotten a single deal they only reply with "I'm sorry to hear you are having a hard time and lets set something up with 'someone else' to try and get you successful" and nothing ever happens. I have had verified leads that tend to be so low in value that I can't even find them something and there have only been a few of those. I am so pissed that I was swindled into paying such a large amount for 0 return on my investment. This is a scam and I want my money back and even then that doesn't cover all the wasted hours I have spent chasing people that don't respond, purchased months ago, or aren't even looking to buy or sell.

Harassment

These guys won't stop calling and texting me as much as I ask them to stop. Total scam. I signed up and they still harass me. Leads are not 20% referral fee like they say. They upcharge and try and say the good leads cost more. Total BS. You've been warned!

Please STAY AWAY from this company to avoid the horrible issues I and so many others are dealing with. Please read as many reveiws as possible! This business Cannot deliver what it sells refuses to make it right by the consumer, fails to communicate, sides steps the issues and has a serious lack of trasparency along with a failure to disclose. I paid a very large sum up front in order to recieve a large amount of leads for my team members. I expected to receive at least 360 leads a month and was promised that was easy, there were tons of leads in my area, and their partners had a conversion rate of 6%! (I know that last number was a pipe dream, but did expect the lead count as promised). I was promised 20 premium licenses, so my team could set three radar points each memeber for leads. We did not get that for the first five weeks. After 8 weeks we had a total of 36 leads. :( I asked for a credit to my account for the lost time and for the low leads. I was always put in touch with an Agent Success Consultant. BUT, the problem was not one they could solve. This move by SetSchedule was to kick the can down the road and side step the issue on hand, which was that the platform was unusable for the first five weeks, and the lead count was wildly off its mark for what I was sold. I finally was put in touch with Steve Vrieling, Director of Client Care. I thought I was going to see progress :) The end result is that amount of leads I was sold is still not happening (getting maybe 1/15 the amount), I have to purchase another lead source for my team so their business doesn't starve, Steve has stonewalled me, won't email back, refuses to credit my account the two months, and even said he reviewed my account and sees that it is performing. I am not sure what he is seeing on his end. The numbers are painfully obvious and low on mine, and there is no way around that all they did is have me sign up for the platform, do a training with Leo, VA from the Philipines, and then deliver nothing to us.

IT WOULDN'T LET ME POST THIS UNLESS I GAVE AT LEAST 1 STAR.
I'll admit, I should have investigated the company further before signing up, but the Sales rep was very good at his job. He was most attentive until after I paid the annual fee, and then he ignored my calls and emails. I was promised that I would have a "success consultant" that would help me learn the program and be successful. EVERY month it was a new "success consultant" and I had to start all over; it was so frustrating. Many of the "success consultants" new less about the program than I did and NONE of them had any understanding of the real estate business and how it works. All of my attempts to reach someone in management to lodge a complaint were wither ignored or I got an "autoresponder" reply. Terrible company, complete rip off, and a huge waste of time and money. DON'T DO IT!

This company is only in it to get your money! The leads are poor and they will sell them offer to several different agents so the you have nothing but endless competition. They also get the leads from other lead sites who sell them off too! So, now you have not only the agents within their system that they sell them to but you have whomever they obtained the leads from and the agents they sold them to who are competing with you. In the end the potential client is absolutely harassed by several agents all at once. I asked for a refund immediately after I found this out and they say they do not issue a refund. I remained vigil about this but they refused and then they flat out ignored my requests for months. Their customer service agents would lie and then not respond to anything. My experience has been nothing but horrible with these guys and they deserve to be out of business!

Like it says in the caption, this company is the worst. They are happy to take your money and then provide you leads that have been sold or old leads that everyone has called on already. I called to get my money back after i told them what was happening but they would not refund my money. I deleted their site off my phone, and then they tried to charge me a second time. I had to call my bank to remove the charge. And still they keep trying to call. Horrible company. I cannot believe they are still in business.

Fraudsters

You are promised 100 or more leads a month and after 2 and a half months I received a total of 3 leads. Those leads were absolute rubbish. The phone numbers for 2 were bogus and the third was a kid. When I asked for a refund they said a manager will call you back today. I have called everyday for 2 weeks and they will not put me through to any manager to discuss this thievery. The employees are all complicit or willing participants in this scam. STAY AWAY!

Horrible in Every Way
February 15, 2022

I paid for SetSchedule "leads," which were the worst I've ever received from any lead generation company. When the contact information was incorrect, it was like pulling teeth to get a refund. After I stopped using SetSchedule their reps continue to send me emails and text messages, despite me asking repeatedly to stop contacting me.

This company promised they verified leads via phone call before passing it on to its subscribing real estate agents. This is blatantly false. All their leads are junk and when contacted, many become irate that they are being bothered while others say they have no idea why they are being contacted regarding real estate. They refuse a refund and when I made a complaint on the BBB, they locked me out of their platform despite having my $1650. They claim anything said negative about them is grounds for them to do so. In addition, they automatically renew at the end of your subscription. They say they will not if provided written notice of cancellation prior to 30 days ahead of the subscription end. However, I have yet to receive any recognition that they have received my notice of cancellation. Do not give this company your credit card number nor any money. They do not deliver as promised.

You can get a full refund or replacement through the app for leads that did not meet your expectations.
