Didn't turn up twice. The phone number they issue is dead and rings out. No other phone numbers. The chat is manned by one person and takes 2 hours. Emails are not replied to. Simply take your money and run. Dodgy as anything. STAY WELL CLEAR!
This is a scam company, which tricks you in with cheap MOT and servicing offer, but then charges you between double and quadruple for repairs and don't even do the work properly. Returned my car with a scratch and a check engine light on. They are shamelessly exploiting vulnerable people in this cost of living crisis.
I received very disappointing customer service care, my car service was not thoroughly done after paying in full. Had to take it elsewhere to know a lot was not done on my car. I would not recommend this company to any one….
Booked with them well in advance for an MOT and Service. Was contacted the day before the MOT and Service was due to be told the local dealer no longer does this service for them. When did this happen, I asked?

This company took my money. My car was never collected. I've had no response from either texts or emails requesting the return of my money. Nothing! Scammers. Avoid at all costs. Reading reviews on Facebook I feel I got off lightly compared to some poor people
Too expensive. Say 5 times actual cost. Pushy customer service who won't return your calls back once u confirm.
Shocking price, should be reported to trading standards. Sent car for MOT, car not returned for 2 days, instead of few hours and they tried to charge me £60 for blade, £360 for windscreen jet wash and other things like change of oil... hundreds pounds. DO NOT USE
Although the adviser was pleasant, they talked over me whilst I was talking and protesting the high price for the work carried out on my vehicle and did not really know much about the work that had been completed on my car. Their site never gave me a detailed breakdown of the work done either, it kept saying not available at present try again later. Do not use Servicing Stop! It's a terrible company. Also Dragons den should be ashamed giving money to these scammers. The guy that turned up to pick up my car never came in the given time slot and the neighbours told me his car did not have an MOT! Was it his car or one of their customer's cars! NEVER USE Servicingstop!

Booked a service. Date was confirmed and I prepaid.
Day before collecting vehicle I had a missed call.
Nobody turned up on day of collection. No direct number to call. Just a chat on line option.
Eventually found out, the missed call was Service Stop telling me they couldn't meet the appointment!
No text, no email… just them calling once, not getting a reply and just cancelling my service.
The payment they took instantly will now take up to 10 working days to refund to my account, even though instant bank transfers are available universally by banks…

AVOID! Save your money and time, go directly to a mechanic! Dont book through servicingstop, one price on booking different price on web and trust me when the service start they will call you for a lot more money example i was offered fuel filter replacement £83 brake fluid change £77 air and polen filter £62 WTH when i ask the mechanic how much they charge for fuel filter he said around £30 brake fluid rep. £30-35 and both air filters i rep. Them for less then £20 do your math and see is it worthy and all the discount you get online for paying upfront youll pay for that and some things like waste fluid and top up even twice!
When i went to the garage in the morning and told them i have booked service he said i dont know nothing about that, many of the full service checks are skipped but ticked on the list and another unprofessional thing week ago did car valeting but the mechanic doesn't really care about black oily hands and clothes gets inside the car touching everywhere...
Don't think you'll end up paying for a cheap service, I'll soon add up and customer service is worse than s**t they just don't care, apart from saying I need an engine flush, brake fluid change because it's illegal? (The brake fluid was changed less than 12 months ago) special fuel treatment and apparently special engine oil they wanted another £340 on top of the £97 already paid. I asked for the air filter to be changed and they changed the pollen filter for an extra £140! How the filters are £22, and it takes between 6-15 mins to change, it's only in the footwell of the car and no tools are needed. Your car will not get returned unless you pay the extra money even when you query the wrong work, stick to your local garage it's far cheaper in the end. Avoid these plastic mechanics working for a money grabbing $#*!e company. I'm pi***d off. Oh and they don't record calls how convenient for them.
I am so annoyed that a firm like this is allowed to trade service and mot quoted £132.00 bill ended up £178.00 and mot failure wanted me to pay another £140.00 to adjust handbrake and headlights. They will also refuse to return you're car until you pay bully boy tactics trading standards should do something about a company like this. Also the police, as you should not be allowed to refuse to return someons property until you pay them without you having had the chance to check the work carried out.

Would have left no stars if possible as didn't receive any service. Asked for 2 weeks who will be collecting my £25,000 car as wasn't going to just release to anyone.
Came to today less than 48 hours to collection and still didn't have an answer for me.
Spoke to there very unhelpful web chat service who cancelled(on my request) then followed up by saying "it was just about to be booked in too".
Why they didn't just say that to start with then book it in beats me.
Stay clear of these cowboys.

I can't stress enough how much of a rip off this company is!
Booked service/mot and paid for it, the next day was told the service date had changed to a week later which didn't work for me, asked for a refund as clearly they couldn't supply what was requested and paid for but was told this would cost me £25!
Trying to get hold of customer services to sort issue out is a joke.
I even had the garage ring me up on the day to arrange collection on a service they said was cancelled a week before!?!?!?!
Please don't make the same mistake i did and not read the reviews.
Took payment up front £74. Then cancelled, as they were too busy. Only refunded £54.

These cowboys should be drummed out of business. I wish I had read the reviews before trusting them. Their dipstick mechanic turned up outside my door & before I knew it, vanished with the car - no formalities, form filling & worst - I had no clue where they were taking my car. Couple of hrs later another dipstick called - car failed MOT. Read out a long list. Wanted £1195/ to fix the faults. Just to top up the antifreeze (which did not need topping up, cause I had checked the week before) £90. Adjust the hand brake £112. Fuel Filter £87. Break Fluid £89. Replace ball joint boot - a whopping £747. My car had gone in for a service & an MOT. Another oil surcharge £30 on top. How can they justify these charges? Tried calling them - reverts to their inbox "cannot take any messages as the inbox is full". The car was delivered late in the evening, no MOT. Complained to the dipstick about these horrendous charges & his response was "Oh it's nothing to do with us, these cowboys are a separative entity! We get it in the neck whenever we deliver cars!". DO NOT believe any positive reviews. They are fake & easily bought. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS.
DO NOT USE, i have just used service stop to do a full service and a MOT, i am disgusted with the service they have provided me, Their customer services is non-existent. The main telephone number in Norwich a man called Chris was very confrontational towards me in trying to get me to pay for extra work on the service. I spoke to the main dealer where my car was serviced last year and he informed me the work Service stop were trying to get me to have at a extra £300 was not necessary! Chris from SERVICESTOP was very rude when i said i did not want this work to be done and slammed the phone down on me. My Car has returned and is damaged and half a tank of fuel has been used which is more fuel than the said mileage would use.
I have been left with a car that i can now not get to garage to refuel. I feel deeply upset and conned by using SERVCIESTOP. I have asked for a manager to ring me regarding my complaints which they have not done!

Dont pay them, block pay assist from taking any money from your bank or just leave it empty lol. Get it all for free. Debt collectors dont purchase their debts if you dont want to be out of pocket lmao.
Full service paid for today checklist ticked on each box. Work not checked or carried out. Reason for booking in today was 1 head lamp out and 1 wiper blade hanging off. Despite ticking checklist my car was returned with both faults still there. £340 paid for work I will need verified as done tomorrow and Refund expected for charging me a full service check when clearly not done. Trading standards will be informed. Dangerous faults not checked or repaired reference number *******. Rogue traders!
Answer: Based on my experience it is a scam- avoid them. Pay a bit more and go direct to a reputable garage.
Answer: No need to feel stupid... I had to cough up £1544. 99 for an mot and a 40thousand mile service before They would return my car. I don't think I'll get any refund but have taken great pleasure in reporting them to Trading Standards, my credit card company, my bank, my neighbours, my relations and others and anyone who wants to listen. If I can think of anybody else that will stop them doing this to others I'll gladly report to them as well.
