I ordered flowers which called "my heart", on the picture online it's looks amazing but received totally a different one! There's no option to contact anyone and no one! Spend lots of money for rubbish! Will make everything i can to get a full refund!

I've been ordering Serenata Flowers for years now and once again they have surpassed expectations. Both people sent photos and the arrangements were stunning and delivered on time. Thank you so much.
After days of contact and flowers still not arriving, i was offered a refund or more flowers sent. But was for a friend on a day of a funeral to say thinking about her, so not the same, i asked could they send flowers and i been given a refund as this caused great upset.

I ordered these flowers and a card for my auntie to arrive on her birthday and it was all dealt with very easily. I paid under £25.00 for everything and my auntie was really happily with the flowers. They were beautiful and I was updated via email on the whereabouts of the flowers so although I couldn't see my auntie, I knew that she would recieve the flowers on her special day. I'm really happy with the service and would recommended SerenataFlowers to friends and family.
Can not comment on Flowers as did not see them but the website and service were excellent even delivered on a Sunday

This is the fourth time I have I have sent Serenata flowers. Twice delivery has been excellent. Twice they failed to be delivered on correct date. Both of these deliveries have been at the weekend. The after care service got this sorted with 24/48 hours.
The only negative I would say one of these deliveries was to a nursing home and the other one was to a hospice. It is embarrassing when you tell a relative that you are getting flowers delivered to a member of family and they don't arrive on day.
I ordered flowers for a friend/colleague who had been in a serious car accident. When delivered I had requested they knocked hard on the door. They knocked once then left the flowers in the drive. When received they were half dead. I visited my friend that day and along with her injuries she was embarrassed and upset about the present I got her. I complained and was offered sympathy and a replacement. When the replacement arrived it was delivered to the wrong address, left outside again. Luckily the nice person at this address brought the flowers round. But again they were wilted and half dead. So my friend again called me embarrassed and upset. When I complained I got a cold response about their complaints procedure. Told to send photos AGAIN for which I would have had to trouble my friend for I responded asking for a manager and got a response of they would send me a refund. After spending £39.99 on low quality flowers I cant begin to say how disgusted I am with this service and response I wish I had just gone to a supermarket and spent 5.99 it would have been a much better surprise to cheer my friend up. I will never use this company again and strongly suggest No one else does you would be better throwing your £40 in the bin. They need to learn the meaning of Quality and Customer Service.
I can't coment on the most important part being the flowers as I've not seen them. What I can say is that the website, order process and communication are excellent.
Very disappointed, when my friend sent me a picture of the flowers I had sent. For the twenty pounds I spent I could of sent a beautiful big bouquet of flowers from the supermarket. You kept me informed with the emails which I was impressed with, but don't think I will be using you again
No quibble, no fuss... easy site to review, select, pay. Delivered within 24 hours of purchase as expected and photo from recipient said it all. FAB
I have used SerenataFlowers quite a few times now and have always been delighted with communication and speed these flowers were delivered - I chose the extra large bouquet this last time and my sister said that there were so many that she had to use two vases and they were beautiful.
Ordered flowers on-line. Until you order it is not made clear that the order might not get delivered 9.00pm. No good to anyone.
Paid £19.99 for a bouquet as advertised on web-site, when the flowers arrived they were exactly the same as you can buy for £3.99 at a petrol station. Nothing like the web-site very embarrassing.
Will never use again or recommend this company, Buyer Beware.

Further, the service was excelllent with good value, quick delivery, and sending me the dewlivery notification which I appreciated a lot having ordered from Japan.
I was worried as had ordered from Serenta before reading the reviews so can't say I wasn't worried after reading all the awful google reviews! Flowers turned up on time and from the picture I received from recipient they looked fine, maybe a few were a little squashed. Only thing is no card came with the flowers so she didn't know who they were from. No confirmation SMS or email to say they had been delivered ( not that it bothers me much, however the emails and texts said you would notify me) probably wouldn't use again due to the amount of bad reviews, I think I got lucky this time! Much better sites out there with guaranteed good service, price, communication and flowers in my opinion I'm afraid.
Flowers dumped on the doorstep of the 92 year old recipient despite specific instructions to be patient on delivery. Flowers themselves described by our grannie as "looking very sorry for themselves", the quality was very poor, we would not recommend.
