I know the terms state can deliver up to 8pm but my aunts birthday was pretty much over by the time the flowers arrived. She sent me a photo and they did not look like the display, the fern type leaves shown in the background on the website were not there at all.
I ordered the bouquet on Saturday December 30th and was pleased to see that they could be delivered on the Sunday and at no extra cost. The ordering process was very easy and I was kept informed about the progress of the delivery. I received a delighted phone call from my elderly (86) aunt just after lunch to say how delighted she was. As a largely house bound lady the bouquet brought a ray of sunshine and joy into her life. Does what it says on the tin - picked, ordered and delivered within 2 days, and for a Sunday delivery, to the hour, with email/tracking updates, at reasonable price and as expected. Impressed with the accurate 1 hour estimate (2-3, arrived at 2:35!) delivery time email from the DPD courier, relayed by Serenata - good, linked-up IT. Very happy with printed card, the large helium balloon that popped out the box, the massive mixed-summer flowers basket (wicker) which had £10 discount off rrp, plus the added customer discount. The birthday cake was a bit small, compared to photo/expectation, but think they have changed supplier to prior ones, or ran out, compared to the photo online. Great service, communication and products at reasonable value/discount price. Currently my favoured online supplier of flowers/baskets for gifts - and have tried 3 various online ones.
I have used Serenata Flowers a number of times for flower delivery both in the UK and Australia and have ALWAYS had superb delivery, excellent flowers and easy to use interface.
Some of the flowers I have sent have been to employees who have been suffering serious ill-health... and all have been 'overwhelmed' by what they received... which in turn makes me feel good.

I ordered the flowers for Friends birthday on the Monday to be delivered on the Wednesday. (I have used them once before on Valantines day, they forgot to put my message on the flowers.) They did not arrive on the Wednesday so I contacted Serenata Flowers through e-mail on the contact us section. They replied with that they had been attempted to be delivered at 5.40pm and listed things such as road closures, diversions, no one in etc. as a reason. When I asked for a refund and what the reason for the non delivery was I was told I would not get a refund and it will take 24-48 hours before they reply with the reason for non delivery. Why couldn't the courier company call the driver and ask? This 2017! It was explained that the flowers would be delivered as soon as possible. I then got an e-mail at 8.30pm on the Thursday telling me that the flowers have left there depot and are on there way. I had already explained that my Friend was not at work on Thursday (where they were being delivered) and not even in the country on Friday. I eventually got an e-mail confirming the courier had not delivered (still do not know the reasons) and will get a refund and I hope I will use them again. Before they even knew the reason for non delivery they were telling me I would not get a refund. What happened to the customer is always right. What a shocking service!
I have found myself forwarding the e-mails to my friend so she does not think I forgot her birthday. Not be going anywhere near these again and neither will anyone I know.
I have one very happy granddaughter she had just had her exsam results and the flowers just put the iceing on the top. They arrived on time and the packing and flowers were in good condition. Thank you.

I ordered the twilight bouquet and some chocolates for a friend who lives far away so I did not actually see the flowers, but I am happy with the service. I made a mistake with the adress and they contacted me to sort this out. Unfortunately flower couldn't be delivered same day which was kind of expected, but the communication was brilliant. Flowers got there. My friend was happy. I was happy. My pocket was happy :) I would definitely use Serenata Flowers again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!
I spent a lot of money on flowers and a helium balloon for my partners 50th birthday which were being delivered to her place of work. The delivery time is was given was too late and my partner had already left work when the flowers arrived. I was very disappointed after spending so much money and these were for a very special occasion. I had to drive to her works place and pick these up which when I did get them were in a poor condition anyway. The box was damaged and had been taped up with dpd delivery tape and the flowers were not in the best condition either. The white roses had browning to the ends of the petals. All in all a very disappointing purchase and I would certainly not use this company again.
Ordered as a surprise birthday bouquet. Arrived on time but considering they were a special offer price i am glad I did not pay full price.
The colours were not so vibrant as the picture, the size was very average and within a day flowers were starting to wilt.
The flowers looked lovely and were delivered to quite a remote location within hours of us placing the order online
I had several queries before placing an order for a family members special birthday... i sent messages to SerenataFlowers and had immediate responses and advice. My gift arrived as planned and my relative was very pleased with the contents of the hamper. I will certainly use them again.
My second order from Serenata Flowers which is a recommendation in itself. No problems with ordering or delivery. My sister reported they were the freshest she had received from any company, the picture she sent to me looked lovely and she commented on the perfume from the freesias.
Communication was excellent but when the flowers arrived my mother in law was really pleased but the photo she sent I was disappointed as I opted for the larger bouquet- good job I didn't opt for the smallest as it would of looked like a poise
Web page easy to navigate, I was kept informed throughout, I would use again and recommend to a friend.
The internal box with the flowers had "This way up" but the outer box didn't have anything. Consequently, the card inside was completely soaked.
Other than that, the flowers and service were great
I was very happy. I mistakenly put the wrong date, changed immediately by them when I informed them, arrived on the day promised and also within the hour window promised. Lovely flowers, plenty of life in them and as beautiful as shown on the website.
I tried to send a card with these flowers but the website did not want to accept it!
My son and daughter in law said they liked the flowers but the photo they sent of them did not look as good as the ones on the website.So a bit disappointed.
