I bought flowers for my Mum to cheer her up and they weren't delivered. Serenata Flowers said they would investigate it and I never got a response. I am very disappointed and will not let this go. I will definitely be expecting a full refund otherwise you will be loosing a customer!
Was after something different for a special birthday, and after some unique flowers that were not just run-of-the-mill, supermarket bouquet, and that is what I got!- the flowers were stunningly beautiful and very unusual. Serenata kept me up to date with the chauffeur, and informed me when the flowers had been delivered. My friend was amazed, and all for a bargain price! Thanks Serenata, I dont think I will ever use anyone else!

My friends flowers arrived around 4pm, she rang to say thankyou and how pretty the roses were. My daughter went to see her the day after and my daughter told me that the roses was lovely just opened and smelt lovely. So really pleased.
I have never bought 'Flowers' on-line before, and I can assure you that I never will again, unless 'Serenata' is my supplier! I placed my order at approx. 23-30 on Tues 8/08, arr. Before 09-00 Thurs 10/08! When I spoke to my Mum (recipient) later that day, she banged on for about 15 mins about how Beautiful & Fresh they were, and went on to describe the packaging, inc. how each had its own water source whilst en-route... in a nutshell, she was made up! ( I should add that she is one fussy old mare). P.S. I apologise for only giving you 5 Stars, but 5,000,000,000... was not a site option.
I was ordering from Canada to our relative in London. The order website was easy to use and displayed lots of choices. Ordering was easy. Serenata kept me updated by email as to the status of my order. My relative said the flowers were beautiful and I thought the price was reasonable. Can't ask for much more than that! Good job.
I was a first time user and not only did Serenta offer me the next day delivery service I was after for my Mum's birthday (so obviously important) but they kept me updated in a personable, friendly way. Would recommend and return.

I have filled in the relevant form on line but because I could not get the photos to attach I expect them not to do anything about it. I have used them many times before but unless this is sorted to my satisfaction I will not be using or recommending them again. Marion St Quinton
