I received flowers from Serenata following the death of my beloved Mum in June. They lasted for ages and I subsequently purchased two further arrangements for colleagues who experienced the loss of their Fathers in July and August. All three recipients were delighted and the flowers certainly cheered us up. Ordering was simple, delivery was quick and communication at every stage was excellent. I will certainly recommend SerenataFlowers to family and friends.

First time I've used Serenata Flowers, I did'nt see the flowers personally, but the recipient was so thrilled with them. The bouquet arrived promptly at midday and I received an email at 12.30pm to say they had been delivered. The delivery person was very polite, and they arrived in excellent condition, a lovely colourful surprise, to say thankyou to a very special person, for their kindness and help. I definitely recommend Serenata flowers and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Really happy with the service from this company as I tried with several others and got really frustrated with the process. This was an easy website to navigate with brilliant prices, no delivery fee and I was kept updated. My sister received a beautiful bouquet of flowers that she was thrilled with and I would absolutely use the company again, big thumbs up!
I was pleasantly surprised by the service, the price and the quality. My friends address is a bit tricky as the flowers were to be left 'at the back', which is actually on a different street. They did not seem to have any problems finding the address, the packaging was very secure and the flowers were very colourful and pretty and in lovely condition. They delivered on a Sunday, which was fantastic and with no additional delivery charge, it was exceptionally good value. They also gave email updates on delivery time etc. which is useful. I would definitely use them again.
I ordered flowers for my daughter in law's birthday. As usual the service was exceptional and the bouquet my daughter in law received was gorgeous and very fresh too. I ordered the Scarlett Pimpernel bouquet and a birthday balloon to be delivered to her work address. Serenata Flowers kept me well informed as to the progress of my order. She loved her birthday flowers we sent her. People have commented on how beautiful and fresh her flowers were too. Thank you so much again Serenata Flowers.
After ordering flowers and a cake is was sent a balloon please explain why. The flowers are beautiful but a 40 year old did not want a balloon. I await your reply

I was delighted with the service from Serenata------immediate recognition of order and numerous follow -on texts saying exactly what stage flowers were at--left premises, on way, then delivered.
I didn't see bouquet but friend who received them was delighted. I was also pleased with free delivery and cost compared with other known chains.
Amazing couldn't have asked for a better delivery! The flowers looked beautiful and my mum was over he moon even had a little tear bless her. And as for the emails I received I thought they were really cool and funky :)
Totally disgusted, I ordered flowers on 31st July to be delivered for my sisters Birthday on 12th August- this isn't others Day OR Valentines Day it is a regular Saturday- No flowers were delivered but you took my payment! I emailed you 7 times Saturday and Sunday- you promised the flowers would be delivered Monday 14th. STILL NO FLOWERS and YOU HAVE MY MONEY! DISGUSTING, SHOCKING poor excuse for a service. I will slam this all over social media -if I have to. I want my money back and the promise you gave to be upheld!
Very pleased with the flowers I ordered. They turned up when they were supposed to. Very well packaged and the flowers were beautiful. Certainly earned me some "brownie" points :)
Flowers were delivered at the perfect time on the morning of my chosen delivery date, I was however disappointed with the quality of the flowers, half of them were dead or squashed and didn't look worth the money I had paid for them.
I ordered these flowers for some very special friends. Serenata kept me updated as to the status of my order and confirmed when the flowers had been delivered.
Whilst I am unable to see them, my friends have said just how beautiful they are and they certainly brightened up their difficult day.

If they are unable to deliver flowers to certain location they should not accept the order.
