I ordered some lovely flowers about 7:45pm on a Monday night, by 12pm the following day they were delivered to my girlfriends door and I have a very happy girlfriend.

Good service : Ordering was easy communication and delivery were very good. The flowers were not quite what I'd anticipated looking at the picture .... well received by the recipient though. Pleased I'd done it.
I'm writing on here to bring it to the public view that after complains to the said company SERENATAFLOWERS were not sorted out.
In fact having given them pictures of the so called garndismo flower collection what it looked like.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM SERENATAFLOWERS.
Having to apologies to the birthday girl for their thievery and such bad display it's a very sad day.

Easily ordered flowers on the internet for a couple celebrating their Golden wedding anniversary; unfortunately, we were unable to attend the party!
Ecstatic response from the recipients as to the beauty and quality, which appears contrary to some comments below. I've therefore included the branch of Serenata in the title. Perhaps reviews could include such detail at the outset, so customers can differentiate between outlets? I'd certainly use Royston again.
The flowers were delivered just before 12, as I paid extra to get them there before 12, they were bought online from USA for delivery to UK, and had seen some bad reviews after I ordered them so needless to say I was a bit worried! BUT my sister sent a picture, and they looked lovely! Mum was really pleased so everything went well! I would order again!
Reasonable quality flowers. On delivery too many were in bloom (not in bud) for my liking but probably reflective of the price paid. Good service and delivery. Overall satisfied and good value for money - will use again.
Very disappointed with this company. They said delivery was refused when the recipient was in and then did not deliver to my alternative address. Then offered to resend them if I paid even more money. My nan didn't get her 80th birthday flowers and the personal at customer service basically said I gave the wrong address. Will use a local florist in future.
Ordered the flowers online as I work abroad and they seem to have hit the mark! Good communications and delivered when I'd hoped for!
Bought these as discount I'm glad they were discounted as they just weren't normal size bouquet would of been happy if they were half price since felt got half flowers I thought I was going to receive the writing in card was small compared to size of card
Our coworker traveled home to Leeds from the states when her father passed away. Our company wanted her and her family to know that we were so sorry for her loss. I was able to easily order the flowers and they were delivered perfectly. Being on the other side of the pond, we were understandably nervous and very relieved when everything went well. Or should I say "Ee, that were reet Gradley!" Thank you!
Easy to order online, kept me informed of where the flowers where and when they would be delivered, delivered on time. Recipient very happy with flower, they were exactly like the picture. Great will use again.

Our friend who lives a long way from us was post operative, we could not go to see her. So organized the floral surprise. Flowers were reported to be really beautifully
Arrived on time and the website was easy to use. The flowers were very disappointing, bouquet much smaller than appears on website and were certainly not worth the amount paid. Balloon had small hole in and so did was not fully inflated.
The flowers I sent were not consistent with the advertised bouquet and half of them were in bud which was fine BUT the other half arrived in full bloom so by the time the buds opened the other half were almost dead. I cannot complain about the actual service though but feel they should check their suppliers. Bouquet was delivered on Monday as requested but I felt they used up flowers left over from the weekend. Not satisfied with their reply after my complaint
Unless the recipient informs you direct there is no confirmation that they had been received!
I sent my daughter (whom I had not communicated with for several years) some flowers and gifts for her new born.
I had confirmation from Serenata that they had been delivered, but not if they had been actually presented to my daughter.
For all I know they could have been left in a garden shed or with a neighbour!
It would have been nice to know if the goods had been received and not just delivered.
Service has been excellent in the past, but those recipients have always contacted me to voice there appreciation.
Unfortunately I cannot comment on the last order as I have had no response from my daughter sadly.
The wrong (cheaper) flowers were delivered so I complained and was given an apology and the correct Flowers which I paid £25 would be sent the next day but the next day the same ones appeared again! Then they started to give me rubbish about flowers blooming! Just a rip off!
