She was talking about an air conditioner claim and I was talking about a water heater claim. Finally she made a new claim for the water heater. This was confusing

My tenants were having trouble with the stove not working. I placed the claim and the technician came on time and serviced the stove. It was done efficiently and was not a big deal. I was grateful and did not need to worry about it. My tenants paid the service call fee and deducted from the rent. No problem there either. Good service and no snags. Just great for me!

The claim was handled with great communication skills and prompt service by the representative. The representative was also very knowledgeable and courteous towards me.
I had my first claim since signing up with them and I must say I couldn't be happier. Granted, it was a very simple plumbing issue that was resolved in minutes. I don't know if everything is as efficient. But I called this morning, my claim was forwarded to the plumber within a couple of hours and late this afternoon I had it fixed. Wow. I had one other home warranty before, with far worse claims service. That said, it's been a nightmare to get information from SelectHW. I signed up some 8 or 9 months ago and they promised me a whole bunch of stuff. I never received any information in the mail and they never confirmed the free service visit, etc. Luckily, the person I talked with today was very nice and took care of it all. If today's experience is any guide, I was very happy. I didn't give them 5 stars because of the initial difficulties.
Good problem solving. There was a problem over the weekend with dispatching the technician and getting him a work order. After several phone calls and texts the problem is solved and the work order issued.
Select Home Warranty is the most affordable home warranty company out there today! We have been pricing and comparing for two weeks. They cover more for less and even have a better deal if you pay upfront for a longer term. The packages are lower priced and the service call is lower. Tom Brown the rep who helped us went the extra mile to save us more while getting more coverage. We'll be working with this company for the long run!

I'm now in my 4th week without a working dishwasher. A technician did come out, however he failed to diagnose the problem. Then called two days later to say he couldn't finish the repair. This was after the $125 service fee! So now I'm back to square one still no working dishwasher and still no technician! But I do get an email daily telling me they are working on dispatching a technician. Going into week 5!
Great info and many options to choose from allowing a tailored effect that helped in the process. The agent gave plenty of options based on time and coverage and walked me thought the process of submitting a claim. Very competitive service call fees and over all coverage.
The individual I spoke to was pretty persistent in increasing my policy with them but he was very polite and helpful.
The operator was very helpful and understanding regarding my issue that needed immediate attention. My plumbing was malfunctioning due to a tree root breaking the pipes, luckily I was able to contact a local technician and Select Warranty will refund me the cost.

Answer: After filing 5 claims, and one tech that wanted to pad his pocket resulting in me fixing my own leak in a toilet at my expense after paying their tech. And another tech wanting to get my pool setup for summer at150. More than I already gave for deductible she didn't fix my pump or water line to my pool. Both denied by select home Warrenty. And 3 more that I paid their techs for then had to fix it myself. Now my freezers compressor is out and they took money out of my bank account without my permission after saying they would go ahead and fix the freezer well guess what they declined it. And said it wasn't covered when in the contract it says it is. List all meat and others because of 3 weeks if waiting for them
