I had to call to report a claim for my kitchen sink. Both sides of sink was clogged. Mike was very helpful and professional. He took all the information down, repeated it to confirm it was correct. Then he explained that they would find a plumber in my area and send me an email with his name. Told me if I had any issues with the claim to call back. This is my first claim since I purchased the contract with Select in Jan. 2020.

First time I have had to use the service, so far requesting the claim and scheduling has gone very well.

It's so worth the monthly premiums and any time you spend on hold. Today I will pay $60 instead of $250 for my dryer to be fixed. They are always friendly and kind.

After repair person tried 3 times to fix my dishwasher, unsuccessfully, they refused to send a different person and refused to complete the repair, even though I paid the fee.

Though the phone calls and repeated emails were a bit much pushing for me ot renew, service on claims are quick and I like that I dont have to seek out a repairman.

I contacted selecthomewarrranty.com with plumbing issues in my kitchen and two bathrooms. They scheduled a technician from Medley Plumbing to come to my home for the repair. They showed up on time, repaired two of the four issues, and we are currently awaiting parts and resolution of the two remaining issues.

I just started service with this company. Hope they are better than others I have dealt with. Will see what happens with my first call.
