My first 2 orders. I have no complaints. Everything went well. The third order... I've received one of the 2 blinds I've ordered on May 7. Only after I called regarding the order. Well, I received one of the blinds in the order. Which, I ordered 2. I can't seem to get anyone to understand I ordered 2 blinds and only received one. Now I'm waiting for a return call. I really doubt I will receive. The customer service is by prompts. The prompt choices are not what I'm need. I got an actual person. Could not understand her. Her English was very bad. It's the weekend. No one there to help. Waiting until Monday to try again.
I like the blinds. This is my third order. I would like a center stack option on the vertical blinds. My window open on the sides. 2 of my winds open on both sides.

Days after notifying Select Blinds that the shares were not staying in the up position evenly. After sending them pictures and an apology a couple of times while waiting for a remedy. I was sent instructions how to properly align the shades from You Tube. These was a brand new shade, there should be no reason for me to watch a video and fix which should have been a quality control issue. My shade still isn't straight.

The ordering process was easy and once I finally got the blinds, they are of good quality and seem to work well. However, the shipping experience was one star. The fault lies with the shipping company, as they mis-routed the packages and it took weeks and weeks to receive them. I would love to give more stars, as the product is good, but Select Blinds needs to consider using a more reliable shipping company.

The website is easily navigated and placing an order was a breeze.
Blinds work great! The only problem is I should have ordered a sample first to make sure they would match, but that is my problem, not Select Blind's problem.
Very easy to order. Got samples of blinds but ended up ordering completely different ones. I love my blinds.They block the sun but they seem to have a warm glow to them. Really makes the room!
Recieved order in timely fashion but was a little disappointed in the bamboo blinds for &800 I thought they would be a little heavier and not as see through as they were. But I do like the blind.
