One goes back up 4"-6" after pulling it down. The handles are virtually worthless. It you rais a blind too fast, it folds over. These are unlike all other blinds I've purchase and not in a good way. Never again.

Super easy to use their website ordering page. Blinds always come out perfect, great quality and very reasonable price. I already have a couple more blinds in my cart waiting to order!

The ordering and receiving process was great. No drill mounting is good in theory, but they did not work as expected for us. If you are renting and have short windows, then the weight of the blinds will probably be fine. Our no-drill mounts did not stay put once the weight of the blinds were installed. We still used them by screwing the mounts into the window frames. The quality of the blinds are good and should last for many years to come.

It took over a month to get. Said they were held up in customs. 2 were broke... They never cut them smaller 1/8 on each aide... as sales guy said. And it's takes 10 calls and emails to get a response. I've been working on defective ones for 4 days now... Calling and sending emails and videos over and over... They keep saying the didn't get, but I see the emails sent. Countless hours. I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Arrived quickly, work beautifully, and as a bonus they fit right into the old hardware from our previous blinds that we were replacing.

Exact cut as requested, easy installation and are easy to operate! Definitely will order again!

The motor is acting crazy, doing things on its own without following remote control.

Second purchase from this company. Blinds came faster than I expected. Good quality, a little confusing to install, but we figured it out by going on line. They look just as I was hoping. I would order from Select Blinds again.

Takes 10-15# of force to extend. Deceptive advertising as to how easy is to pull shades down.

Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and installation from Select Blinds. I will definitely go this route again for my next purchase.

The blinds were easy to install but were alot lighter in color than expected, so they do not match our other blinds.

I found it easy to find and choose my size for my blinds. The options offered clear and detailed instructions on the features and how to install the blinds once they arrived. The whole customer experience was great, and I will be ordering from you all again.

Blinds are all good and were easy to install and came very quickly after ordering.

These idiots that have designed the hardware almost be pencil pushing engineering nerds that have never been in the field to install. We ordered Roman shades for our house. The mounting hardware installs into the top of the window opening with a slide latch to lock it in. The problem is that the slide latch scrapes the drywall when closing to lock in the blind leaving an unattractive blemish on the top of the window for all to see. It was never this way in the past and is completely ridiculous. The other challenge with mounting these blind ls is that others came with mounting hardware that screws to the top of the window for an inside mount. The bracket has a bolts that hangs down allowing the blind to slide up in and applying a wing nut to fasten the blind to the bracket. We have installed hundreds of these types of blinds from other and they come with a "slot" on the blind to accept the bolts so there is wiggle room if they don't align exactly. Selectblinds doesn't use the groove on their blinds they drill a hole forcing you to line up your bracket EXACTLY to ensure the bolt goes into the hole. There is little margin for error and almost impossible. God help you if you have a longer blind that requires 3 holes to line up. The metal grommets lining the holes on the blind are cheap and pop off immediately when installing. Who ever is responsible for designing these blinds should be fired. The install too 4X longer than normal. Top it off with the drape install couldn't be completed as Selectblinds didn't include curtain rings in the order. Instead of fighting with someone on the help desk, we ended up ordering them from Amazon and received them the next day. Selectblinds used to be a great company with work with and offer great blinds that installed very easy. Not anymore. They are a disaster and we will go to a professional source and gladly pay more for our blinds from someone else.
