This was an exact reorder of the blinds that I purchased 2 years prior. The strings broke and I was disappointed that the blinds didn't last longer. The new blind had the exact same measurements but arrived just a tad larger, and often struggles to stay within the window frame. They are also harder to stay level when opening and closing, which gives a trashy appearance. The original was a better product with the exception of the early string failure.
The cord on my blind that I bought in 2021 broke. Very disappointing. Thankfully you still carry the same product so I don't have to replace the entire room. It was easy to find from my previous order link. I live in Florida 6 months of the year so they aren't used much.
All I do is measure pick what I want and shortly after they are delivered, they look fantastic and it's exactly what the picture showed it was going to display as.

It was okay - ordering was easy enough but half my order wasn't shipped. One set of blinds were sent out quickly but the other set seemed to be forgotten. It took a little longer than expected to get it resolved through customer service but it was resolved. Also one of the blinds may be defective. Will deal with Customer Service for that.

Easy to order samples and the product. There is definitely a decline in quality for my last roman shade order from 7 years ago. Those still look brand new. The recent order has a clear plastic rod sticking out for each pleat. The valance is separate, which is fine but the too is a raw edge. I expected more for the price.
I had a great experience with Select Blinds. I was referred by a friend who had used them. They were easy to measure and easy to install (had a handy man do it) and I saved a ton of money this way versus order for more expensive organizations who are full service. I think Select Blinds quality is really great and I would purchase from them again!

Order roller blinds. Took about a month to get them. Very cheap quality and rolled down unevenly. Would not order from this company again.

I truly love your company and your product. I've ordered from you multiple times before with great success. I LOVE your blinds, truly. This round I was very disappointed though. The zebra blinds were great but I also ordered blackout roller shades that are garbage. They won't stay down or go up as needed, they get stuck at various places, when I can get them to go up they roll at the top. I'm extremely disappointed. So much so, that I already ordered new zebra blinds to replace them after only a couple weeks.

We just installed the blinds yesterday and they're so beautiful! They're made very well, everything came that we needed, the instructions were easy to follow and we're extremely pleased.
This is the second room we've ordered blinds for and we're really happy with both sets of blinds!
They were delivered 43 days after they were ordered despite a promise of 10 day delivery. Had trouble finding out when they were shiopped.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
