The blinds came with an adhesive strip. Followed the instructions and did not used for 24 hours. Failed after 12. So disappointed as I've successfully ordered from them before for blinds installed with hardware.
I ordered 1 blind to go with 9 others Select Blinds I ordered last year. The new blind doesn't align with my other blinds even though it is the exact same blind model and exact same height and width. Their solution was for me to order 2 more blinds from them at a total cost of $400! They said they could make sure these 2 align correctly. See my photo to see how the blinds currently do not align.

One shade rolls unevenly and gets off track with every pull. The other does not roll up all the way. It stops halfway up

VERY disappointed in my patio blinds and window blinds. Patio blinds are cheap plastic and window blinds are really heed to operate. They do not just open and close with a simple twist of the bottom of blind. Not good for people with arthritis in their hands. Bought from here years ago and current products have gone way down hill.

You have to PAY EXTRA to get their ONE-TIME size "guarantee". The "best" they do is give you a "discount" to buy again. They refused to help measure/size appropriately the second time order. The "supervisor" wanted pictures showing we weren't manipulating the measuring tape of original order blind. But has yet to respond to the submission. BUYER BEEARE would not recommend will not return

Easy to order... came on time (minus the brackets)... called and brackets were sent out... installed easily and all is well...
The blinds came exactly as I expected. The care taken in transport and the delivery time were very precise.
We used Select Blinds in our previous house for living room, bedroom and mancave Top Down-Bottom Up shades. They were precision fit & easy to install. That's why, when we moved again into a new house, we are using Select Blinds for our dining room, bathroom & kitchen (so far). I love that they have multiple raising & lowering options because that does come into play in this house where the windows are taller than I can reach. Wide selection of styles & options within those styles, and again, easy to install. That's one of the more important features to me.
Overall I am happy either way the recent purchase.
However, one of the wands arrived cracked at the connection point,.
Four of the wands could have been longer given the windows are at a height that make it challenging to use for my spouse.
I ordered a Roman shade. It was delivered to the wrong address. When I called customer service, they told me they would call me back. 2 days later, they called for me to ask me for proof that it wasn't delivered to my house. They wanted me to take pictures of the exterior of my house and send it to them and then they would review and call me back in a few days. However, there is not customer service email listed to send the pictures. Luckily, I was able to locate the package via a neighborhood group chat. It had been delivered 3 blocks away. The product itself is fair value for what you pay. The price is low and the quality reflects that. There is puckering of the stitching, the shade is uneven. I would avoid for window treatments that get a lot of use. I am concerned about the durability. Install was relatively easy.
They were very prompt with sending samples, and I loved the variety. The website is user-friendly, and I really appreciated the discounted prices. The measurements were accurate. The installation system was new to me, so I had to request a reference video from customer service, who resourcefully found one on TikTok. It would be helpful if they created their own instructional videos to make the process easier.
I like the quality of the blinds but having other issues. Ordered 4 the same size and one had to be trimmed. Also having trouble with the spring tension. Kind of frustrating for the cost!
Overall a great experience. Customer service is world class and they met my every expectation. I ended up ordering more blinds due to the positive experience.
Self stick blinds were very easy to install & the blackout is nice

This is the first time I have tried pleated shades that don't require drills and screws to install. I ordered 5 shades and it literally took 5 minutes to install all of them, by myself. They fit perfectly. I can't say enough about how simple the install was!

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
