The first time was incredibly frustrating, but I found out why. I could not order a separate adjustable liner without a valence. Once I got on the phone with a customer service rep, he explained what went wrong and fufilled the order for me. I forgot his name, but he was so nice! The order arrived in a decent amount of time and was exactly as described and it fit and was easy to install! So, I ordered another blind for the other window.

I have ordered from select blinds several times over the past 5 years. The quality of their workmanship has dramatically dropped. The latest two orders do not hang evenly. Ordering the blinds was simple, especially with the advice Selects Blinds gives you through their Web Site. The videos were very helpful. I ordered the blinds I wanted, motorized zebra shades which I received in a short period of time after ordering. I didn't put my blinds up for about a month, but when I did, they were extremely simple, again with the instructions and video's that Select Blind provides. My only problem was, that I couldn't find the battery charging port for the blinds and I manually unrolled them until I saw the port. Then the remote I "Thought" was sent with the blinds didn't work, so I installed the app "Smart Life" that Select Blind informed you in their instructions. After setting up the app the control for the Blinds worked perfectly. So back to the remote problem. The problem wasn't with the Select Blinds remote; the problem was me. I had picked a remote that I had thought went with the blinds, but needless to say it didn't. It was for an Elliptical Machine. Then it hit me, the box for the remote Select Blinds came in was underneath the wrong remote. After that when I tried the correct remote, things worked perfectly.

My blind was exactly as expected. I would order from this company again.
I ordered light filtering no drill Roman shades for a bedroom. The measuring directions were easy. I felt the options were adequate and easy to understand and choose. Although the order took longer than I would have liked, the shades arrived and installed in minutes. They look great and work well.
So far, the Cellular Shades are working out very well. The color is almost exact to the online view and works great with our decor.
Ordered blinds from SelectBlinds for 10 windows. They are easy to measure, and easy to hang. My only suggestion is that reaching customer service needs to be easier! Having a bot answer questions is NOT customer service. Just have a number people can call and get questions answered. PLEASE!
Not my first rodeo here! Had a shipping issue with product being damaged in shipping, and it was immediately reordered and arrived packaged even better than the first time. Now I wanted to finish up windows in my living and dining rooms, so I ordered similar blinds. They were fairly easy to install, so these should be as well. And they look great! Very sturdy, much better than those from a big box store.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
