This is the 3rd or 4th time I order shades. This time we received them and one of the shades had a piece missing. The cover on one of the sides. It was in the box. It was not easy to put back on and my husband actually cut his finger trying to do so. They shades look good and we never had an issue before but this time just made me wonder of the quality and how long they will last.

Quality of product inferior than anticipated and shipping/delivery date was misleading and should not have to contact a customer service representative to find this out. It should be clearly stated upon processing.an order.

The blinds we ordered are exactly what we wanted and the color matches our other shades. Top down, bottom up honeycomb blinds work perfectly above the sink in our kitchen and are great quality at a great price.

Very EASY TO NAVIGATE WEBSITE AND TO PLACE AN ORDER
Issues with SB saying product had shipped and FedEx saying they had not yet received the product. Customer service was unable to tell me where my shades were. Horrible communication. The shades were not what I expected. I can see through them like a screen which completely negates the aesthetic I was hoping for.

The blinds are fine. The customer service was horrible. The blinds took much longer to arrive than expected. I was told they were stuck in customs. I asked where they were shipped from and was told "Arizona" by 2 different customer service reps. Sorry, but things that ship within the US don't go through customs. I will not do business again with a company that lies to me.

Overall, our blinds are cute, they fit well, and they block light very effectively. There were no updates on our order are all until it shipped, which concerned me for a week or so, but eventually they arrived at the long end of the predicted window. We selected premium cordless without a super clear understanding of the difference. They require very little effort to pull down and put up which is great. However, one set doesn't like to stay down and the other set has trouble retracting up. Hopefully they get better over time.

Every thing whas great right up to the time I received the order. The main railing was worped and one can see it came from the factory that way, This is the onlyi order I have had a problem with up until now all has been very good.

Arrived - not gotten them hung yet. Still in the box. Hopefully soon.
Most of my windows feature cellular shades from Select Blends, and the product is always of high quality. What's frustrating, however, is that tracking your order online as it's being assembled is pretty much a joke, for me anyway. They don't update the progress bar showing the status of your order, so 7 days after my order, it still showed the order was at the starting gate when actually it was 2-3 steps further ahead. Chat and phone customer service don't seem to think proper tracking matters, so my advice is to hire customer service staff with good worth ethics.
It was a pleasant experience. The stressful part was picking the right color and the witing to see if it fit and match) and it did.
Ordering wasn't too bad, but installation instructions were almost non existent and had to just "figure it out". The Roman Shades are slightly too large for the inside mount we did. I literally have to pull them away from window to raise and lower them.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
