Very quick turn around! Not like the other ones I ordered-not a big deal since they are upstairs.
The blinds were much nicer than anticipated. Plus they were super easy to install.
This is the second time I have purchased real wood plantation shutters, the first time a few years ago. It is obvious that the company is going through a different vendor for these shutters now. The quality of shutters that I received was terrible. 1. One of the shutters has a rounded corner, when it should of been square. 2. The frame was both warped and twisted, leading to a less then ideal install. 3. There is an obvious area that someone attempted to fill damage with wood filler of some kind. 4. The paint job is terrible, has an orange peel texture. If I was not in a time crunch attempting to sell my home I would of returned these shutter. There is zero chance I would purchase these type of shutters again from Selectblinds.
This is at least the third time I have ordered from Select Blinds. I ordered curtains for my patio door. They arrived within the time they were expected and fit perfectly. Anytime I need blinds I will be ordering from Select Blinds.
I've made several orders and never been disappointed.
After an order of 17 blinds, with one broken blind, we were never able to get anyone to help us replace the one broken blind. Extremely frustrating customer service. We do NOT recommend this company! Get your blinds somewhere else.

Products came quickly and perfectly fit my windows. Inside window mount installation was easy. Sale prices were very good.
All the Blinds arrived opened at both ends of the Box, kicked around outside the box, and were damaged. Customer service refused to refund me or give me a new one. We bought from them in 2022 without issues, but we will never use them again. How they would allow this is incredible, and I have this all on video from FedEx delivering the box all beat up and opened at both ends.

I was already impressed from the start by the free sample offer—it really helped me get a clear idea of what I was purchasing. The quality of the blinds is excellent, and installation was incredibly easy. We followed the measuring recommendations, and the blinds fit perfectly. The installation videos were a huge help, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I absolutely recommend this product!

The blind is absolutely beautiful. I just wish I'd been advised that it would be VERY HEAVY with blackout liner. My husband and I can hardly lift it.
We received the drape and had to wait for a few weeks because of remodeling. Just installed this afternoon and it fits perfectly. Floating pin worked perfectly.
Easy to order on- line, although I had difficulty with the difference between light filtering, blackout and just cellular shades. Satisfied with it overall.
Everything was just as expected. The blinds went up easily and operate splendidly. I'm very pleased with the whole transaction.
We're not happy with the open and close mechanism and the holders(brackets) for curtain weren't long enough to open and close blinds. Had to make adjustments.

We have always had a good experience with SelectBlinds. This was our 8th set and customer service was great when we wanted a slightly wider valance on this last set
We've always had great experience with SelectBlinds. We have some that are 25 years old and still look great.
The blinds color and size were as expected, although the width was around 1/2 inch smaller than ordered, outside of the +/- range that was described. Even with that being slightly off, they still fit fine. The delivery was most unsatisfactory, due to the delivery person leaving the box at my entrance gate, exposed to rain or easy access to being stolen. The tracking status states "left at front door" but that was not true. All other vendors bring the deliveries up onto our porch. That problem is on the delivery service, not Select Blinds, but they need to be informed of the service used.
I like the discounts, but they seem to change often.
The order process is easy and the look of the blinds when they got here is great. Very happy everything
I use select blinds 5 years ago on many many orders they were fabulous. Time has changed all that. I had one simple order and I had a problem installing and I called and called and called and no one ever returned my call I left messages I left website email contacts and here it is June 16th and they are following up on the May 2nd order are you kidding me please steer clear of them. Unless you really know what you're ordering and do not require any after sales support or customer service

This order is for the fifth room we have purchased select blinds for! They fit just right every time - and I love that you can get a color swatch to make sure the color is right for the room. These blinds open from the top down, or the bottom up and are perfect for letting in light while cutting down glare in our home office. Just follow the measurement directions carefully and they will fit perfectly - mine are all inside mount blinds and we love them!
Ordering was easy and the blinds were great. The shipping is misleading. I received a message saying blinds would be in on this date. Tracking just kept saying label created. Nothing was happening. After a few phone calls finally was told they are in customs waiting to be cleared. If they would just say that at the beginning letting you know it will be at least a week to get them then it would not be as bad. Transparency is the key.
The roller blinds that I selected look great. The customer service was excellent; I provided the parameters I was constricted by and the customer service representative helped me find a product that would suit my needs. She was extremely helpful and made my selection and ordering process simple.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
