I wanted to order new mini blinds for a very long window (70") over my kitchen sink. I decided to order 2 mini blinds as suggested on your site and followed the measurement guidelines to do this. Upon placing the order, I could not determine how to order one valance to cover both side by side blinds. I called and talked to Simas Tamosaitis who was very helpful. In fact, when I called it was just after closing time and I thought I would at least be able to leave a voice message, but he answered the phone and was very kind and professional. He actually wanted to make sure I had followed the measurement instructions correctly, which I explained and he said was fine, although I admit I was nervous I might not have been precise enough. Then he told me to email him when I placed the order and he would contact the production facility to make sure the shared valance I needed was properly sized to accommodate my blinds, would fit inside the window area as I had requested, and was included in my order. He confirmed by second email that he had done this. He emailed me a third time to tell me he knew exactly what I needed, and that the production manager had been notified of my special order, after I had contacted him again to tell him I wasn't sure if I needed to mention the special request he had handled for me when the production facility confirmed receiving my order, and asked me to review my order and advise any changes within 24 hours. I want to say here that I have not had such professional attention and responsiveness in other telephone dealings and I wasn't sure I could believe everything that he told me so confidently. However, everything he said and did came through. My order arrived in excellent condition, well packaged with easy to follow instructions included. The valance fit perfectly. Everything turned out well. I did not need the anchor screws mentioned in the kit that did not accompany the blinds but was suggested. We did need to use a power drill to screw in some of the screws provided. But everything turned out and they look very nice. I am very satisfied with the results.

I love my William Morris Strawberry Thief Roman shades. The fabric and workmanship are beautiful. They were easy to install and arrived quickly.
I ordered a larger sized roller blind in a neutral Gray color. This shade does a good job blocking out light. I expected the surface to have a more subdued matte texture but it is shiny and stiff. The mechanism is touchy while retracting and often stops before it has rolled up to completion. I feel like I spent a lot on this and was hoping for a higher quality.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
