I bought a pair of light-filtering honeycomb top-down bottom-up blinds. I was impressed at how precisely they matched the dimensions I requested - I mean they're exact to the eighth of an inch! Because my house is older, it turned out that one of my windows wasn't quite uniform width (1/8inch narrower in the middle than at the bottom or top!), so I had to remove the little plastic clip that goes on the end of the bottom part of the blind. But that's on me, and you don't even notice it. Installation was super-easy - no more than ten minutes per blind, even the very first one.
I just ordered another pair (this time light-blocking) for my daughter's bedroom, to replace some ancient metal venetian blinds. Expecting them at the end of the week.
The website was easy to use and navigate. The options and selections are good. The turn-around time published on the website was no where near the reality. It took a month to receive mine.

I have bought quite FEW BLINDS FROM YOU GUYS, AND NOW THAT i HAVE A failure I come to find that you do not stock any spare parts that would allow me to fix my blinds. SO this is very wasteful that since a string breaks, I have to throw the full blind away. Not very environmentally sound either.
Please begin to stack parts so those of us few that can fix things can buy the parts and save the blinds, the environment and the world.

Ordered wrong size. Ordered correct size and paid for it then realized there was a sizing garurentee so got them to refund new order. Excellent experience.
I keep coming back because the blinds are good and the website is good. The return policy is not good though.
It is impossible to return these things if you buy the wrong one so that sucks. I made that mistake once before and had to use what I bought.
I had to take them apart and cut them so they would fit in the window frame. They cut the tube too long and the blinds too narrow.
Update: they contacted me and sent me new shades, which fit great this time!

The Roman shade is beautiful. The only flaw was bent sides of the valence. We really wish these would have been more protected during the shipping process.
I got online to look at shades and this site caught my eye. Before you know it I was talking to a live person who sent me samples with info yo call with any questions. I only had one! How do I order the blinds I pickrd out and boom another live person to help me place the order. Whick arived a wek early followed by an email showing the shaded and directions how to install them and to top yhat off they sent easy to follow instructions on a video...HAPPY!
I bought a remote control shade and it works perfectly. It's beautiful, resistant and very well done. I'm thinking of buying again for other Windows. Dimensions were perfect.
When we received our curtains, the mounting hardware did not allow for flush mounting. This is due to our windows having a lip on them. There are no brackets that allow for more shallow mounting in our setting. We spent $500 on custom blinds with no offer to solve our issue. So, we had to make due and mount them as they came. Staff was very unhelpful and not understanding that we made a HUGE purchase and we were not satisfied. The offer was for us to buy an additional product instead of helping us solve our issue.

The color was beautiful! Love my new shades. However, one of the seven shades had pieces fall out when my husband installed it and first tried it out. I was a bit disappointed with that, and I am hoping I can return it. I have already ordered and paid for a new shade to replace the one that broke.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
