Being able to view samples in-home was a great help. Ordering was easy. Blinds arrived quickly. Rustic Americana has gorgeous colors and the blinds look great in my kitchen.

I bought 2 separate blinds to cover a 150in window I have because they don't custom make 150in wide blinds. When mounting the blinds we could that because of how the brackets are designed there will always be a 1/2in gap because the blinds won't be flush next to each other. When reaching out to customer service they told me they don't make double sided brackets and only offered me a 10% discount off a new order of blinds. Poor customer service solutions and poor design in the blinds and mounting brackets. Also poor return policies as well.
We absolutely love our blinds. We actually ordered the cellular tri-shades. They are perfect for the family room. We can get lots of light, or make it really dark for movie nights. Would definitely buy them again.
They don't how to guide the customers to place order, we placed the order with help of their designer consultants, still my blinds doesn't fit, we have games all sides including the bottom, they look very odd. Their fit policy doesn't work out with motorized blinds.i almost spent 6000$ just for 2 rooms, I'm Glad that I didn't order for entair home.

We are returning customers. Very happy with all the blinds we have ordered. We have a 3-Family home and love how the wood blinds update and refresh each apartment.
Fast and easy! I wanted to upgrade our blinds and found it easy to choose. Prices are considerably higher than the last time we ordered but so are prices overall. The blinds seem to be great quality and were easy to install. My main concern is the slow shipping we encountered.

I only had to contact customer service only once regarding the measurements of my blind order. And they responded immediately. Additionally, my blinds were a perfect fit.
Expensive but what isn't nowadays. I hate the fact they want me to write a review and expect me to write more than is necessary.
We ordered our blinds for our front window. The blind came in with some scuff marks. I sent some pictures and in no time they responded they would make another one under warranty. The new one arrived flawless. We hung it and it is as beautiful as we expected. The company does amazingly beautiful blinds.
Happy with the blinds, but it took much longer than they said it would when I first bought them to receive them
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
