The web sight is easy to use and navigate. The prices and quality of the product is superior over other competitors. I did have a problem with missing head rails on this order but, customer service was quick to respond. I've received all products ordered and my windows look terrific!

It was good. Product damaged in shipping but order was redone and redelivered. Probably such large blinds might ship better in tubes.

Disappointed to find out upon the delivery the blinds are made of paper. Can be easily damaged if you have kids. Nowhere when selecting blinds it was acknowledged they were made of paper. It is a dishonest practice, it should be stated simply what kind of fabric they are made of without necessity of investigating and calling customer service. I would be willing to pay more to have a non paper fabric...Other than that, the size was perfectly cut.

Instructions for ordering relatively simple to follow. Blinds arrived in relatively short time and easy to install. Feel like I need to be more cautious when lowing them as the button and pull system don't feel as strong as my previous shades.
I like the idea that you kept my samples, because I wanted to come back & I wasn't sure you were the same company who had sent the samples. I wanted the dark blinds, but if you hadn't kept my samples, I would've been afraid to choose them for fear they would've been too dark. I have windows wider than 48", it would have been handy and helpful in making decisions if there was a visual of what the roman blinds look like in that width. With that being said, i took the risk and absolutely love the blinds! Easy to install too!
Always happy with the product quality! We purchased roman shades for all the windows on the first floor of our 1924 Craftsman Bungalow & these honeycomb cellular were for the apartment we just reodeled completely on the second floor. The skylight blinds were easy to order and arrived promptly within the time specified. They were very well packaged so no damage occured and the pieces and parts for installation were all included.
