The shopping and shipping experience was great, unfortunately the blinds I got are not so great. Not even 2 months of them being hung up and they're already breaking.
Finding what I needed was easy. The checkout was simple. Compared to my previous blind, which was the exact same blind, it was more expensive and much more flimsy. I can live with that. After all, five years have passed. The problem I have is the wand that turns the slats doesn't want to turn either way.

There was a small glitch in receiving our blinds on the 'anticipated day'. Seems the trucking company only received half of the order. Everything finally arrived. Having them professionally hung next week.

Great product. Easy to install. Blocks out the light and keeps the house cooler
We received the shade quickly and it looked exactly as it was shown online. We were happy we bought the easy hang attachment, because the shade was large and high on the wall, so it was a simple and easy i stall. We bought the remote which allows us to open and close the blind without having to climb i to the bathtub. Overall a well priced and well designed shade with easy install.
Ordered blinds for my entire house. They fit perfectly and we LOVE them! Have not needed to charge the battery for the motorized blinds since we got them (about 1 month ago) and we used them a few times per day!
I ordered 2 roller shades. The did not fit. Slightly too wide. I filled out the form to have them remade….my measurements were the same but included the pictures they requested. They promptly remade them and they fit! Thank you for making it right.

It was good. Product damaged in shipping but order was redone and redelivered. Probably such large blinds might ship better in tubes.
However, I thought I was ordering top down, bottom up shades, that was what I asked for, but somehow the ones that were grouped with possibilities were all kinds of shades. I should have paid more attention, so it's my fault, but that is an issue for future customers to be aware of…
Disappointed to find out upon the delivery the blinds are made of paper. Can be easily damaged if you have kids. Nowhere when selecting blinds it was acknowledged they were made of paper. It is a dishonest practice, it should be stated simply what kind of fabric they are made of without necessity of investigating and calling customer service. I would be willing to pay more to have a non paper fabric...Other than that, the size was perfectly cut.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
