For a $600 motorized blind, this one sucks compared to my first one of the same one. It's a zebra blind that requires small "steps" to open and close between the "zebra panels". The first order is great, this one is not. Same blind, just bought 9 months later and they changed (probably cheaper for them) the motor/control.

I was actually frustrated because I called and email multiple times and no one would answer or get back to me. I almost gave up but really wanted certain shades they offered. After multiple attempts I finally got some help. Over all I'm very happy with my end results for my roman shades.

The woven shade gave very little room on the sides and the screws supplied were bad and stripped easily making it difficult to screw in all the way or remove to make a longer pilot hole. I had to chisel the blinds to fit beyond the screw. A huge pain!

From start to finish, everything was great my new Roman shades are a perfect fit for my new bedroom I love them
It is impossible to put into words the quality and beauty of our new shades! Motorized is the only way to go for children's rooms and nurseries. The peace of mind of safety is superb for anyone with littles in the home! Ordering the free samples ahead of time insured we were confident in our purchase and the ease of measuring and installing is unbelievably simple!
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
