So easy to install and hang. Almost hard to believe hanging was that easy. Remote instructions were clear and easy to understand as well.
Great customer service! The website is a bit confusing and challenging, times out, login again, start over with input of measurements. Also, the UPS delivery for offshore manufacturing is terrible. UPS lost or delivered to wrong address 2 separate shipments. Customer Service is excellent for US manufacturing and follow up on UPS mistakes. They can't help with Vietnam custom orders.

I never would have purchased these shades if they had been full price as they are overpriced in my opinion. However it was the only color that I liked and you had no other less expensive shades in the same color. That said, I expect these shades to be absolutely gorgeous. But when we got them the screws were the wrong size and my husband had to go to the hardware store and get new screws.

Very nice and fit was perfect but the screws easily strip and are of low quality. Why all blinds ship with crappy hardware is beyond me. An extra 5 cents of hardware would make for such a better experience.

Love that you offer a fabric covered cornice. I ordered roller blind with cornice and the cord closure for a sliding glass door, and matching roller blind with cordless closure with fabric insert cassette for a window. Fabric is lovely. No hand tab pull thing was included for the cordless window. Cord for the door blind is also missing. No instructions were included for installing the cornice.
Blinds were easy to order, came quickly, were easy to install, fit perfectly and look great! By the way, they were very affordable!
