Other than repeatedly shipping yo an old address even after I'd made an update in my account I'm super happy with SelectBlinds. They always made good on warranty claims & were quick to resend the order to my correct address. I'm a repeat customer & will continue to be as long as the service is good.
Although we got the wrong installation directions for the blinds we ordered, we were able to speak with an associate and got our problem fixed along with additional parts ordered and shipped that we needed!
SelectBlinds was a great experience. I ordered samples, confirmed my color, measured and ordered online. They came very quickly. Less than two weeks. And my husband had no trouble installing them. They function very well and are easy to push up and pull down.
Website easy to use. But order was not at all satisfactory. I ordered 2 blinds, same size, same everything. One blind worked fine. On the other, theopen wand did not work. It seemed stuck. Blind useless to us.

We have some high windows and I was apprehensive about remote control blinds but they were easy to install and work amazingly well!
Ordered online following instructions and a week later I had my order. Installation was easy and it looks beautiful!
The product seems as expected. The shipping however was unacceptable. Thier website says items ship within three business days but that was not the case. I got notified after several days that there was a FedEx tracking number but had to wait 10 days after until there was any movement. Called several times and no one could give me a reason why they hadn't shipped. I don't believe I will be using them again.

Easy to use site makes blinds to fit the windows! This is fourth time I've bought blinds from this site easy Peezy.
The whole process was easy, shockingly affordable and the blinds are gorgeous! They are extremely well built mechanically and well made! Functional, beautiful and very stylish!
I was able to find the type and size I needed very easily. It was easy to measure the windows and enter the measurements on line The final product was way to install and fit perfectly.
Everything came in and as ordered and looks great once installed.
