Blinds arrived quickly and were made accurately great product and workmanship.

Easy to use site and measurement tool. Blinds arrived quickly and install wasn't overly complication. You get what you pay for, there is a gap mid span at the top and pull cord can be challenging at times. Overall a good experience as price was major factor in selecting blinds.

The sales people were very helpful to me and helpful in describing how to measure shades with outside mount. The handyman said they were easy to mount. And the really block the sun out!. The only issue was I had to cut the window sill back to be flush with the window trim, so that the shade wasn't sticking out over the sill.

Very disappointed. I ordered 7 blackout blinds in Noir color- expected to get black on black blinds. ALL pictures with choice of interior colors deceptively showed blackout blinds being black on the outside. My BLACK blind's came black on the inside and WHITE on the outside! I called and was shown the "fine print" stating per HOA guidelines- blinds are white on the outside! You have to click on how to measure your windows to see this "fine print!" I live in the country, no HOA, and stuck with special ordered blackout blinds that are white on the outside! Which obviously don't match the rest of my black blackout blinds I already have. Can't return, stuck with my purchase.
Color choices should be pictured with the actual outside color as white- not black! And should state the blackout blinds come white on the outside- when you're making your color choices! Not in "fine print" under how to measure your windows!
The company offered to help me place a new order with paying the same purchase price- again!

Other than repeatedly shipping yo an old address even after I'd made an update in my account I'm super happy with SelectBlinds. They always made good on warranty claims & were quick to resend the order to my correct address. I'm a repeat customer & will continue to be as long as the service is good.
