I like the products and pricing. I found the ordering confusing. I entered all info and hit add to cart but it would not accept. I finally realized I needed to create an account. Delivery was delayed but arrived. Instructions were a little confusing regarding depths of instal and could use recommendations for width of support installations.
The ordering process was simple. The blinds were delivered in a reasonable timeframe. The fit was perfect for both the top-down bottom-up shades as well as the 1" aluminum blinds.
