Second order. Great customer service and products. Very easy ordering process. If they provided a template for the screw holes of the brackets I'd give them a six star rating. I made one so the inside mount installation was even quicker.

My first set for a client was a breeze to install. Slits in headboard and wing nuts to attach! Super simple
Second set had two totally different designs. One was a bracket that you clip into and close to secure. Works badly! Hard to get shade into and clip shut.
Other shade had just screws to drill in the headboard. No brackets at all. No room to be off.
All of these purchases were for Roman shades. Please standardize! My preference is the first solution with the flat opening and wingnut to secure! Super easy install!

Take your measurements, order some samples, choose your blinds. Then sit back for a couple of weeks and wait for SelectBlinds to run one of their many sales. Installation instructions are clear and easy to follow.
I was hesitant to buy online as I wanted make sure: 1) the quality met my expectations and 2) my DIY measurements were accurate. The design consultants took the time to explain the differences in each product line and how to accurately measure for an inside mount so that the blinds, when open, would be flush with the window opening.
My order was stalled for a week at a Texas FedEx facility, but a call to customer care informed me the blinds were held up in customs. The next day the blinds were on its way.
I was trying to get blinds in my new house prior to move in. The blind received was the incorrect model so the remake took an additional 1+ weeks. On top of that the color was off. I ordered a sample and the color of the product definitely did not match with the sample side by side.

Not so great the blinds do not work well. Poor manufacturing the chain came off in one of the blinds will not order again.

Order was split into two deliveries and the second took weeks to get. I've shopped here in the past and had a good experience, but won't go back. Customer service and order fulfillment has gone down hill. The blinds I got don't come down even and you have to be careful to keep them level.
