Went well. Sent Samples out on time. Ordered shades received. Went well. Just wondering if you have spring loaded brackets smaller than the ones that were sent out with shade?

These were replacements for a bedroom. As always, easy to buy and install.
Price was very good on sale. The website provided clear, easy-to-use measuring instructions, the response time was great, and the blinds look wonderful. The only glitch was that one package did not include brackets. I've reached out to customer service (just yesterday) but haven't heard back yet.

Have not installed blind as of this review. While waiting for blind to be made a new bathroom remodel was required. No need to install blind to only see it get dirty or torn. So when bathroom is complete up goes the blind.
My order was placed with valances but I did not receive any. Also my blinds were for doors & they stand out & you can see in the sides. I a designer & have order many shards over the years & these are in correct. I will send pictures.

I ordered a woven wood shade blind. After install, we notice it was not level on the bottom…it hung lower on the right when pulled down.
I sent an email with photos. They offered to replace. The replacement came in and it's has the same problem as the first. Only difference- it hangs lower on the left now.
No better off than we are with the original order.

We ordered these roller shades to replace the horrible day/ night pleated blinds in our Bigfoot travel trailer. We love our new shades!
The brackets to mount the blind came in, but the rod to open and close them did not..
