Wrong colors were sent initially. We had to send pictures of the incorrect colors. After contacting SelectBlinds customer service, the correct colors were re-made and re-sent.

I ordered large Top Down Bottom Up blinds to cover sliding doors. They arrived and fit perfectly

I ordered blinds for our new home in Idaho. When I received them, they all were well packaged, hardware for multiple applications, and detailed instructions. As long as my dimensions were correct installing them would be a breeze, which fortunately they were. SelectBlinds cuts them 1/2" less than actual dimension so that if customer will have a little leeway. They have given thought to the customer needs, which is hard to find these days.

We received the blinds in a timely matter with no problem in delivery. We have yet to install them.

Support was very helpful. Free samples made the order process easy.

I ordered black out blinds but they do not work. They still let light in my bedroom during the daytime.

I measured and ordered. The install was easy for me and they look fantastic! Also I loved the stringless pull down and push up. So clean.

Fairly easy to maneuver the website. Would have like a prior order option as I was reordering for one of the windows. Maybe it was there and I didn't find it. I had to search my emails back to 2019 for the order number. When we received the blind, it was the correct size but the incorrect header. It was supposed to be a tool less header and it wasn't. When I called customer service, it was all done via text which I didn't particularly like. They did end up sending a new one but we have not received it yet. This was the second time I had ordered from them and this experience wasn't as good as our first order.

I have always had a good experience with your company. Love the blinds and light they let in if up or open- plus full privacy when closed!

To be honest initially was sceptical about measuring and ordering the blinds myself but with a little practice I could measure the blinds, the team and their tools were a great help for ordering! The blinds were received on time and easy to install, the overall experience was worth it!

Went well. Sent Samples out on time. Ordered shades received. Went well. Just wondering if you have spring loaded brackets smaller than the ones that were sent out with shade?

Love the rollers we got! The free samples really helped us pick the best fabric for our space. We had issues with the website and customer service was fast easy and so helpful on the phone.
