The customer service at SelectBlinds is exemplary! I ordered the zebra shades and am so pleased. The shades are good quality but can be a little tricky when raising them. Overall, I would highly recommend buying products from SelectBlinds!
I spent a lot of time researching blinds when we decided to put vertical blinds in our master bedroom. We have 2 really large window spaces in that room. The Select Blinds website is wonderful. We looked at all of their options and were able to identify exactly what we wanted! We chose not to get the fabric sample because we knew we wanted something that wasn't very thick and in a standard color.
Following the directions on the website for measurements and how to figure out what we needed was the easiest experience ever.
Not being a particularly skilled person in household remodeling the installation was a little challenging but the directions were great. They also sent link to a video but the paper instructions were very clear.
They look FANTASTIC. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing online.
My experience was a positive one as it was easy to order and navigate through the process.
Will be contacting customer service in the near future. Not happy with the way the blinds hang. They seem to be twisted and we ordered 3 of the same blinds and all of them have the same problem. We are out of town now but when we get home I'll send video of the problem. I have not contacted anyone yet but I will and I trust they can remedy the problem.

They are well made and easy to install. I like them.
HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. THERE PRODUCT IS GREAT. THEY ARE EASY TO ORDER, AND EVEN EASIER TO INSTALL.
Everything was great but I was informed I was purchasing the same product. I was replacing my old blinds with new ones.
The hardware was not the same - had to remove and re-install new brackets with different location holes. Also even though the dimensions were exactly the same - one blind came in 1/4" wider that the original and do not sit perfectly in the space but too much work to switch out and re-order.
These blinds are well made, beautiful and look like they will last for years. The magnetic valance is really cool!
I was going to order 5 more blinds total 7 (2 to return) I did not like color I called before I ordered they assured me the color was closer to beige because that's what it looked like on line and I got my order they are totally GREY no happy if they will return the two I have I would have ordered 5 more. Oh well I will never buy again from them

Blinds were awesome. They measurements were exact, quality and appearance of blinds were superb!

The blinds were easy to install, directions were clear and simple to follow. The blinds work pretty well, occasionally the strings will get slack but with an other pull it will correct. The top down and bottom up headers need to be more rigid as they will flex when pulled up or down.
Very easy to order on the website. Quick shipping. Good pricing. I accidentally broke a piece on once of the blinds and they took care of it at no charge.
Easy to use and straight forward, plus free shipping! I have a non-standard sized window (71.5" x 71.5") and these custom fit, top-down/bottom-up blinds were a perfect fit. I measured a few times to be certain, and then ordered the blind online. I had a friend help me install as it was very wide, but it was very simple and fast.
Found the discription of your product helpful in making my selection. Now i hope that with adding it with 5/8 of an inch on the end it will fit
