PERFECT! Perfect size, color and price. The representative who assisted me over the phone was VERY helpful and patient.
I measured the window opening on a door I wanted to cover then ordered using those measurements. The blinds arrived within about two weeks, which I was impressed by for them to be custom. My Dad installed them for me, and it was a pretty short process. I'm very pleased with the color and size, and they really perfectly add the touch of texture to my bedroom that I was looking for.
I Would not have ordered if I had known blinds were going to be delayed twice.
Blinds were exactly as ordered. Ups delivery had the box damaged and the front of the blind was severely dented. Was able to use a block of wood and hammer to bend it close to where it should be. Valance covered the dent so it's ok.

I use these on 6 windows. We live these blinds. Over the 4 years we've had them we've had to replace 2 shades. The shades that were most used both broke a string. I hope the mechanics of these new blinds are sturdier.
Sample colors really helped make a decision. Shades came quickly, easy to install instructions included. Very pleased with purchase.

Easy order process for custom-size blinds - really the best I found, and I searched many places. We requested several free samples, and were able to lock in sale price until we received samples and picked the color we wanted. We ordered motorized zebra blinds. Material we selected was on back order and delayed twice by several days, but we received clear communication about it, and were ok to wait a little extra time. We received product and installed it without any issues. Everything was done precisely to our order, and quality is great. I had to reach out to customer service to help troubleshooting motorized blinds - troubles due to our own fault. I was able to get quick support which resolved the issue. I'm very satisfied with service we received and will be back for additional products.

This was our third time ordering and this last set of two did not hang evenly. Customer service was helpful with trouble shooting, but they still were noticeably uneven. We asked for a remake & they remade the blinds. We received the order & are happy to report they look great, as nice as the previous sets did! They are easy to install. Note, this particular blind does not give full blockage for privacy. This was not a problem for our use, but look for a more tightly woven one if you need privacy.
I put top down bottom up shades in the search bar and came up with things other than what I wanted. Got confused and ended up ordering the wrong shade (regular bottom up)
Ordering and measuring process was easy. Will make final judgement when order is received and in place. Samples were very helpful. Top down/bottom up blind does not seem to stay tight at the top when blind is closed. One side is lower than the other.

I followed the measuring instructions and my blind fit perfectly! It's easy to raise and lower and there's no cord. The white is clean looking and brightens my dining area.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
