We'd been looking for a roman shade for our large dining room windows for a couple years and were excited to find an affordable custom option with SelectBlinds! We had a part break after installation and our experience with customer support was wonderful. We were under warranty and they replaced the part quickly. The shade looks great in our 100-year-old craftsman home and operates very smoothly. I would definitely recommend!

Easy to install and they look fantastic! The no drill attachments were easy to handle and the installation was complete within minutes.

The quality of the shades is lower versus other blinds I've seen/felt. But for the cheaper price they do exactly what I need them to do! I've had rollers from them for over a year and they work the same as the day we got them. I now have some honeycomb ones and I'm sure they'll last as long if I'm careful with them. I have the cordless ones and when I push them up they bend and bunch up instead of go up as they should. So I just have to bring them back down and try again until I get it up to the top. You get what you pay for. But I'm happy with them because I don't have an extra $1,000+ to spend on quality blinds.

I love our new blinds. Amazing quality for the price. They look very high end with the ribbon detail. My husband easily installed and said they were very well made. The light filtering is perfect. Exactly what I wanted! I will order again!

Ordered woven cordless blinds for bedroom and living room. They were just as pictured and easy to install. They arrived on time also. I will be ordering more for other rooms in my house.

Outstanding service and when I checked my measurments again I noticed I was off but a 1/4 inch on one of the windows. They were able to correct my order and get me the right stuff.

On the phone the persons helping me with my order they were friendly,respectful, they answer all my questions and they listen to my concerns, they also give me suggestions because it's was my first time placing a order like that. When my blinds came, my husband installed them and it was easy and they looked so elegant the Quality of the material so good I could not be happier. Love them.

Quick and Easy to order, fit was perfect, very easy to install

The blind arrived on time. It was easy to install. The only problem was the piece of wood which covers the top of the blind horizontally. It kept sliding off. The plastic mounting hardware should be reworked.

Pretty disappointed. The shades we ordered did not match the photo on the website exactly. The roll shows the fabric color on the back of the blind. I would have ordered a different product if this was accurately reflected on the website. Extra frustrating that I called customer service BEFORE I ordered them to confirm the picture I was looking at was the same product I was ordering. Called customer service after the blinds arrived to discuss why the product I received didn't match and was met with rude comments about customer order but they'd be happy to help me reorder the whole order for 10% off. Not sure why they thought I would rebuy my order when they couldn't get it right the first time despite me verifying with customer service before I placed the order. Really disappointing and will never order from Select Blinds again.
