I didn't realize my window narrowed at the top so my measurements were offf and the original shade sent didn't fit. Customer service was great and they sent out a replacement really quickly and all is good now. Will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks!
Ordering was Quick and easy. Shipping was not very good. Coordination between FedEx and select blinds difficult. Too many conflicting messages received and pick up point failed to give me all packages sent there. The whole delivery system was lacking communication. I wasn't told signature was needed. Packages sent all over the place and times and dates of delivery were contradicting.
Easy ordering, good value but slow shipping. Will use again.
Love it all. Great packaging, clear instructions, easy installation with everything you need and most importantly great quality shade.
I only complaint is that the web site does not make clear what the difference is when comparing similar choices.
It is difficult to select a color and the color options are quite limited.
We ordered a single window Roman Shade to sample for the rest of our home, stitching is uneven. Lower bar is not even closed. You can see the plastic insure of the fabric. For this reason we will not be ordering the rest of the house.

I have been searching for Roman shades for two windows that are odd sizes that wouldn't break the bank. I finally found them!
Easy to order and awesome communication. The blinds were easy to install and and connect to google home. The only drawback is when you have multiple blinds the blinds that were programmed previously to a channel somehow magically connect to another blind you are trying to program. Also the set limit programming has some work to be done it is very difficult to get them to work properly. However overall i am very satisified with entire experience
So far, so good! I do have 4 other similar, but heavier and more substantial shades, however these will do what I want. And for the price they were worth it.

Torder came without one side box to hang bling blind in April. No visual instructions. Donna customer service excellent. SHE PUT THROUGH REPLACEMENT. IT DID NOT COME. I CALLED BACK. SHE CHECKED. PUT THROUGH SECOBD REQUEST FOR FOR REPLACEMENT FOR THE PART. I T IS STILL SITTING ON BATHROOM FLOOR WAITING TO BE HUNG. CANNIT FIGURE HIW NANY THOUSANDS OF THESE BLINDS I HAD CLIENTS OURCHASE. NOW I KNOW WHY MY WORKMAN ALWAYS HAD SOARE PARTS. DONNA FABULOUS REST OF COMOANY HAS NIT IMPRESSED IN THE KEAST SO FAR NEARLY TWO MONTHS SINCE ORDERED AND BLUND STILL NOT BECAUSE ONE PART M I SDING IN BOX. DONNA NEEDS MOVED UP TO EXECUTIVE POSITION WITH PAY INCREASE. THISE INCHARGE OF PACKING SHIPPING NEED MOVED TO OTHER POSTIONS THEY CAN HANDLE. ME, MAYBE A FREE BLIND IS IN ORDER! Blinds were perfect, awesome color and and cut to exact length and width.
Our experience with Select Blinds was great! No problems, simple and easy directions for measuring. Installation instructions/video made installing a breeze. Love the blinds and am already eyeing another room to order for.
Process was smooth and blinds are nice. A different brand we've bought from Home Depot in the past have a magnet at the top to keep the blinds tight at the top, these don't and they look a big saggy and uneven when they are completely retracted.

So far, so good. There were not a sufficient number of screws to complete the installation, so I had to get more - a minor inconvenience.
Easy order and relatively quick shipment. Delivery was delayed as blinds are made in Mexico and there were border delays, so about 10days from order to delivery in California.
It looks great, but b/c there was a deduction on the width that the valence looks shorter. I think when you do deduct for the blind, valence should not be deducted especially for inside mounts.
I've used them before and so reordered. The blinds are great. They have definitely gotten more expensive but they do hold up.
We measured exactly by our windows flare out from the exterior in towards the room. We measured exactly as instructed for our blackout shades but because of the unknown amount SeleftBlinds takes off, and our window flare, there are gaps on both sides of each shade letting streams of light in on both sides. This negates the purpose of blackout shades. I wish the company would offer more information about how much they would deduct from our window measurement so we could make informed decisions before placi by an order. We could have gotten a better fit.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.

We ordered blinds to replace some very old blinds on two windows. These blinds are high quality, look very nice, and were easy to install.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
