I ordered two Classic Cordless Woven Wood Shades from them. I followed their measuring directions on their web page. I tried calling to verify and was on hold for 40 minutes before I decided to just follow their guidance. I added the extra 2 inches per side and the shades arrived four inches too wide. I thought maybe the reason for the extra two inches was for a wider head rail and valance, it was not.

I called them with my problem and they told me it is my fault not theirs and I would have to pay for a remake. They said the 2 inches per side is just a recommendation. I will never give them my business again and recommend everyone else does the same. Would they have stood behind their product if I had not added the extra 4 inches and they had been too narrow? I should have seen the incompetence from the start. That is on me.

Per their web page:
"Measuring the width
Measure the width
Measure the window's width in three spots (top, middle, and bottom).
Find the largest measurement and add at least 2" to each side, giving you more light coverage and added privacy.
That number is the width."

We ordered the blinds from the exact number on the box from Lowe's. It was nothing like the blinds we had. Totally different blind. It did not work so can't use it and it was not cheap.

So excited to get our blinds! Shipping was super fast and we couldn't be happier with our blinds! So easy to install as well! Now family and friends and getting them too-as they loved ours!

Blinds arrived as promised and were exact fit. Additionally they were easy to install. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Love the look and color. Easy to install and operate.
Even though I measured twice and also added an each to the measurements, the blinds are an inch too short.

I have purchased blinds from others vendors before, but so far SelectBlinds's aluminum shades are better in quality than others shades. I will come back and buy more next months or so. Thank you.

From ordering to hanging, the process went quickly and smoothly. We ordered different colors for
3 rooms, and they all look great. We wiil definitely be a return customer.

I loved that the website was so user friendly. I do strongly recommend that you always order samples first to make sure you know what you are getting. I wish I had because they can't be returned and they're too expensive to replace and I definitely did not get what I thought I ordered. Additionally, because they were so expensive I chose to only outfit half my house at a time and I thought I might get a discount for a second order, however all I received was a $10 coupon to be used within a certain amount of time, which doesn't seem like a drop in the bucket for the > half k I spent for something I'm not crazy about and am now stuck with. The vinyl is thick, good quality and definitely blocks out light and heat. Again just wasn't what I was expecting.

Easy to order, installation was also easy and they look great! Second time ordering from this company, have not had any issues.

Easy to order and great prices. The blinds I chose fit the window exactly as I had hoped and the fabric color matches just right. I waited too long to replace the blind in this window! Wish I had ordered years ago.

The blinds look great and have a heft to them that feels like quality construction. The width of the pleat is also nice and not cheap looking. Would buy these again.
