Builder installed the blind wrongly and despite looking at the instructions it wasn't quite clear. Also, I ordered 2 motor driven blinds one for each room but received only one handheld transmitter.
You sent 1 defective bracket. To receive a replacement, it took over a month, over a dozen phone calls, escalating to a supervisor, and then your email system does not work to allow a reply. I just needed 1 bracket!
It was easy and clear to order the right blinds for our space. We had difficulty using the screws that were included and found that they tended to strip easily. We ended up going to purchase screws from a local hardware store because of the challenges.
The blinds are wonderful. Just what we wanted! Color is accurate and they fit and function perfectly. Shipping took forever! They were held up in customs for several weeks. Expect longer delivery time than what website says.

We have been Select Blinds customers for several years. We have used Select Blinds products for several family member's homes.
I was looking for a specific kind of blinds that could open from the top and the bottom and was happy to find them on sale. I did actually think the price was still quite high even with the sale price but my windows are quite big so I went with it. I was really disappointed in the quality of the blinds. They feel like paper and like they could tear very easily. One of them is hanging next to my daughter's bed and it's only been a few weeks but it's totally crumpled and crinkled.

Select Blinds has followed through with all of our requests. The first shipment took a bit longer than expected, but their staff kept us informed of what was happening and we received our order, which was exactly as presented. We did have one mishap with receiving our roman shades with brackets instead of the Click2Fit, but their customer service handled this for us and we received a second shipment fairly promptly with the correct order. We love our shades and drapes that we received.
No problem ordering / everything came as per ordered / size and product correct. Had all brackets and screws for installing. Thanks Dean
Very disappointed in the customer service. There was a huge delay in delivery of my custom roller shade due to a hang up with clearing customs, yet absolutely no contact from Select Blinds regarding this or any other updates. I had to call customer service twice to find out what was going on with my order, and basically was given no apology for the delays. I completely understand that items not clearing customs right away is out of the company's control but an email or message of some kind with an update would've been appreciated

I will never use this company again. Here is the list of issues that are still currently ongoing. 1. Shipping was delayed without timeline. When I reached out to their text line, it took 3 days for a response. Their response was blaming macro-economic factors with no remorse or apology for the situation 2. The shades that were delivered looked different than the swatch we were sent. There's more of a yellow hue to them. 3. Three packages were sent. One package was not in a box, just bubblewrapped. That package was soaking wet and smelled like mildew. The shades were ruined. Package two was heavily damaged and retaped. Package three did not have enough hardware. Of the 12 blinds we ordered, we've only been able to hang 8 because of this. 4. When I called the customer service line, the best they offered was reaching out to production facility to "see if they can remake these". That would take until Monday (I called Friday at 3pm EST). 5. I asked for a supervisor as I was unhappy with the resolution. I was told they "did not answer the text message" 6. Today, they reached out with "good news" that the production facility is willing to remake the blinds... I can't believe there was a chance they said they would not remake them. Needless to say, I'm extremely unhappy. There's been no resolution on the missing hardware (they said they were sending a package, but did not send any tracking) and I'm unsure when my last two blinds will be sent. I would stay far away from this company as they obviously do not care about this customer.

I would never ever recommend this product to anyone. The hardware was flimsy and broke in our walls, the instructions were impossible and incorrect, and now we can't even get the hardware out to throw this product away and never look back. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL - DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Very satisfied with the product. Well made and attractive Delivery very delayed. Apparently was held up in one location, otherwise would have rated 5 stars.
Placed an order, however the tracking system is terrible - there was not one update on the link associated with my order - I had to contact customer service 3 times to check on when it was coming, and suddenly it arrived without any warning. The tracking said it was in Vietnam. Then when they arrived the brackets to attach the blind to my window, the screws provided did not fit into the fitting provided - called customer service again and was given links to videos that did not match the type of bracket provided with the blind. Was told that they would send replacements - still waiting - had to just go to home depot and buy some screws that actually fitting into the brackets. I really wish I did not purchase from select blinds - even though I go a good price through a sale - the anxiety on what was going on with the order outweighed the money savings. I'd try someone else!

The order was perfect! Blinds are top-notch. The color is as shown and exactly what I expected. Produced and shipped quickly. I recommend SelectBlinds to others, hands down.

Price/value for the buck is what has brought me back. First two times did get little in person contact. This time made a few calls in for help. Each person was great. Next time I will order the cellular blinds a tad longer. Only confusion was one rep told me my prices were locked in at time of sample order. When I called in again to place my order I had another tapas my first rep was off work. Quote was different, so I waited until the next sale to place my order which was fulfilled quickly.
Blinds are beautiful, well made, and reasonably priced. I would recommend this company and use them again if I ever need replacements.

I ordered the blind on August 28 and received it on September 30th. Your company kept saying it was shipped and would be delivered the next day. This occurred over 8 times. UPS, when contacted, said it was hung up in customs. When ordered you talked about getting the blinds in about 7 days. So far no explanation has been given on the reason for the delay and the only benefit offered was a discount on my next order. If you wanted to make a real offer, offer the return on about 25% of this order for the excessive delay

This was our 2nd order with SelectBlinds. All went well. Quality is consistent. Stigma with measuring correctly, is a non issue. Easy. Will we do it again, yes.

I could not understand anything, but any of the customer service agents were saying because of them not being in North America. It was very hard to interact and figure out what they were saying. I got the second set of blinds & they're still about a quarter of an inch too long, but I could not communicate that with your Indian speaking agents.

Fingers pointed from UPS back to Vietnam complaining paperwork was not in order to get through customs. Select Blinds pointed fingers at Customs. At one point I sat over ONE hour on hold waiting for a real person at UPS to find out what was REALLY going on [at least in their data feed]. I called Select Blinds twice in the process talking to different people all pointing fingers. The shipping experience was not good. -------- The product is fine; finally arrived in separate time frames [4 items]. The product however was not the same as the first ones I had ordered late last year. The 'names' or 'labels' of the two products was so close that I admit it was my mistake to not have ordered EXACTLY the same product. Alas, two products were named so close to the same name... well, better marketing requested, please. Products are fine; shipping not so good. Next time, I buy all American.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
