I ordered blackout shades for my RV. I sent in my specific measurements. The blinds came, they came in the measurements I ordered, they came in blackout shades, and the color blue that I ordered. The order came quickly and it was easy to place the order online. I'm very happy.

I recently ordered these roller blackout blinds and was pleased with the initial experience. The ordering process was smooth, and the measurements were easy to get right. Shipping was fast, too.
Unfortunately, the cordless loop mechanism has been a major disappointment. It's very unreliable and requires constant adjustment. Several times a week, the blinds need to be completely removed from the roller to reset the spring, which is both inconvenient and frustrating. For a product marketed as "cordless," I expected a smooth operation, but the frequent issues with the spring have made them more trouble than they're worth. If you're looking for blackout blinds and don't mind a bit of maintenance, these might work, but the cordless option hasn't met our expectations.

The blinds are great I bought the bamboo no drill blinds and they were easy to put up and lovely to look at.

The ordering was as easy as could be. They were very easy to install. The whole room looks better now.

Service is good. Quality of Levolor blinds has decreased. Bought cellular shades to match others when we enlarged the room. The clasp to manage the shade is inexpensive, a little wonky to use. Shades appear to be of lesser quality material in comparison to the Levolor shades we bought 8 years ago.

Easy to select blinds, and order. Order shipped in a timely manner, arrived excellent condition.

It took quite some time to receive the shades which was fine as they were custom sized. When they arrived the hardware for the biggest blind was missing and we still haven't received it. Two others stick out a lot and there's a big gap between the window frame and blinds.
