Dawn was very helpful, helped with everything i needed, sent me samples out right away, had a problem with my roman shades and got me right over to customer service, still waiting on response from them
I ordered on line and (thought) I ordered "no drill" blinds. I selected that page on the main ordering page, assuming that each option would be FOR that option. I didn't know I had to then pick No blinds AGAIN before buying.
So, of course I got the wrong blinds. There is no option for any customer service but an 800 number that appears to be in the Philippines. They only had a scripted response, and never responded when they said they would. There is literally NO OTHER contact for Select Blinds, just that number and online customer service goes to the same place. There is NO contact available in the US or corporate. I'll NEVER use Select Blinds again and I've told my friends and family, as well as social media, my experience.
I'm stuck with the wrong blinds, they're essentially garbage now.

Ordering was quick and easy. The installation video was very helpful. The blinds arrived in about a week and they fit the windows perfectly.

Being a day sleeper I needed something to help darken my room. The honeycomb blinds work better than anything I've ever tried! Only wish I'd found these sooner.

Easy to order, easy to install. A little pricey but worth the quality.
The blinds are very nice. I bought the darkening ones. I just wish they fit all the way to the edge of the window frame. There is a space from the edge of the material on the blind to the wood on the window frame that the light comes in.
Fairly easy to order but was difficult to find measurement planning form and at the very end of your order you ask about some top item but no explanation of what it is or how it looks...seems to be an add on that you never addresss until the very end!

The S shape of the blinds is unique. They really do block out more light than normal flat ones. All my blinds were cut to my exact measurements. Very easy to hang. I would recommend these.

Further visualization. Installation was extremely easy. It's a little difficult to consistently put the blinds in open shade mode vs just raise and lower the shade
