I purchased 2 blinds to see if my wife and I would like them. We did, so we ordered blinds for the rest of the house.
Blinds ordered on Nov 30. It is Dec27 and have not received. Have called them several times and cannot get any answers. Very difficult to reach customer service and more difficult to understand what they are saying. Don't bother ordering from this awful company.
Shade was shipped Dec. 5. It got parked someplace for a week. Got it, installed it, it looks and works good..

Good deal, the continue shopping option doesn't prompt when selected.
Blinds were very nice.they didn't ship 6 sets of brackets (ordered 11 blinds). We called customer service and they were very helpful. We received 3 sets of brackets,they appeared to be dropped shipped from supplier. I emailed and live chated with customer service again and explained that we are still short 3 sets of brackets. I think they understand and shipped but I have not received a confirmation yet.
I've called customer service twice and took a pic showing they cut the shade 1" too short and they still haven't resolved the issue. I just want the correct size I asked for. It's replacing a shade that the string broke and wasn't under warranty anymore. All I want is a return label and a shade with the correct width. Thanks

There was good and bad, but what i paid i was expecting a premium product and simply didn't get it.
I order blackout shades which were advertised as blocking all light. I provided exact measurements for my windows as described on the site and there is still some light around the edges that comes in. While I get nothing is perfect I would have expected something better for what I paid.
The other part is the construction of the blinds themselves. Part of them don't snap in fully so if you look closely it's lacking that clean look.
I don't think I'll shop from this place again. I'll have to come up with my own solution to fully block out the light from the window.

I love these blinds and I want them all over my house except the ones I ordered were under "no mount" filter and when I got them, we had to mount them to the wall. Oh well, they still look and work great!
I ordered 2 different size window blinds and the order came in wrong. They switched the measurements for the 2 windows I needed covered. We installed it, it's not great, but probably not worth the hassle of returning and reordering.

We received our blind. I was pleased with how it looked and was excited for my husband to install it. He tried multiple times to get the blind to snap into the face-fixing brackets. After being unsuccessful he checked the brackets. They are defective! We called customer service numerous times by phone and email about this issue. We sent a photo showing how the defective bracket would not snap in. We were sent more brackets with the same design flaw. The bend in the bracket that the blind is supposed to snap into is too short. According to the laws of physics - our blind will NEVER snap into the design of these brackets. We now have a blind we cannot hang. Wasted money! SelectBlinds. - how do you propose to resolve this problem?

We just installed our blackout cellular shades and are amazed at how well they block the light! I planned on using them in combination with blackout curtains in our theater room, but we don't even need the curtains because the blinds do such a good job! They move easily up and down and look great! Would definitely recommend.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
