I was pleasantly surprised when I receive my blinds. However, I didn't realize that they were secured around my windows with. Velcro, but I was also pleasantly surprised at how they hold. The fabric is top notch and I would order again from select blinds. I like your products.
I am very happy with the blinds. They showed up on time as was promised. Perfect fit and simple to install. Best part my wife loves them!
Now that I've received my blinds and had the "pleasurable" customer service experience, revisiting my review seems appropriate.
The installation was very easy and they look great.
The dimensions of all of the blinds were 1/8 too large and only fit when the end caps were removed.
I try to contact customer service about this and it was a disaster. First you cannot call them, you receive a text. The representatives are all oversees and clearly are handling multiple issues at the same time. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to handle my case and the person closed my ticket before it was resolved.
Another rep opened a new ticket and asked me to send all of the information I had to send to open my original ticket again.
At that point I decided it is easier to live with what I have and the go through a different company next time I need blinds. They definitely lost a customer.
Fedex is by far the worst of the shipping options. Took way too long to get here. Please change to UPS, they are much better.
Ordered specific size, exactly as described. Easy installation and it works perfectly. I give it an A+.
Easy to order, easy-ish to install, happy - would order again
We purchased regular blinds and no drill blinds. The regular blinds were easy to install. For some reason, all of the no drill blinds were all too wide even though they were measured properly. We had to cut them ourselves to fit, which was a pain.

I love my new blinds. Better than I expected. Definitely recommend ordering samples ahead as the online colors did not look the same! Customer service good.
All I did was measure window I needed, making sure it was inside measure! If You want outside frame blind, you would do measurements on outside of frame. I then looked through blind Catolog on line, picked the color, size & price and placed my order, simple.
Do not buy from this company. Fraudulent. Will not help you.

Selec blinds are very nice user friendly. Just measure, order and hang! Would definitely buy from them again
Ordered roller shades for our new three season porch. Ordered 9 shades total - one for each of the three windows on three sides of the porch. They fit perfectly - length and width. Installation took us a bit, but they look so nice up.
I like the width and curve of each blind. I like the quality. The header is much bigger than for a mini blind and when you do an inside sill install, you may have more obstructed view than expected. We accurately measured width for an inside install, but the blinds arrived 1/2 inch shorter. There is a gap between the sill and blind now. We did contact customer service but was advised there would be no refund since we didn't buy the insurance.
I ordered samples, and they came quickly; measuring was also straightforward. However, they do not look as nice as the pictures. The motors for the roller shades are at the end - not separate that you have to mount behind, so there is a bigger space on the right side of the window than on the right because the motor side is bigger. Also - they have an antenna sticking out of the motor, so you also have a big antenna that is not hidden easily - especially because I did reverse roll and no box because I wanted a small profile. I also ordered a tan material and all my shades came gray. It is the same texture, just the wrong color, and the fabric is nice, just the wrong color. I reached out; they said they would escalate the issue for me, and it has been crickets ever since. I put the shades up because I needed window coverings, and one of the motors isn't working. They were easy to program following the video descriptions, but some would respond to the remote more readily than others. I would have to try from all different angles.

I ordered one set of blinds for my office after outfitting my entire house. These remain excellent and versatile blinds. I'd say their shipping turnaround has improved over the years and the quality is the as good or better!
Plus, they are exceptionally easy to install.
Ordered a wood blind, the tilt rod was plastic and not the same color as the blind.

Good measuring directions, blinds look beautiful. They were shipped quickly.
Easy to order, easy to install. Look fabulous. Just the right custom size.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
