Fast delivery. I wanted the blinds to open from center. I that is what I got.But did not expect the opening rod to be in center. Was expecting it to have a chain opener on the either side. Next time I order it will have opening on either side
It was easy to order, arrived quickly, and I received a nice blind at a decent price. However, I've had it about 3 weeks now and have received multiple emails and now texts, over the holidays, pushing me to leave a review. That's a bit ridiculous. I had it for over a week before I even had time to open it, due to working long hours.
Great quality shades but terrible customer support. Bought three motorized honeycomb shades and all three of them had the same problem.with the motorized wand not operating properly when first installed. Programming them with the instructions provided took a lot of trial and error settings before I got them to operate properly. Also contacting customer support was difficult at best snd the help provided by their Chat support was not very helpful. There needs to be more person to person support instead of just providing videos and pdfs that only address general problem situations and not specific ones. It is a shame customer support is bad because the quality and price of the shades is very good. Will ptonsbly not buy any more shades from them because if the of customer support
Look nice and went up easy. One small issue is end stops were large making blind too wide. I removed them and have no issue

There's a reason why these blinds are not pictured in fully raised position. Even though they are flat fold they are very pouffy when raised. Wrinkles and creases that won't steam out, and they raise unevenly. Every morning I have to readjust so they are level. Tension pulls unevenly on right side. $1,100 for two windows of sloppy shades.

I ordered Venetian blinds for one window in my bedroom. They arrived on time, were easy to install, and give my bedroom privacy and an attractive look. I recommend this store.
Overall, I'm happy with the blinds I purchased. They weren't difficult to install, but the instructions could have been more more detailed. For instance, I watched a YouTube video and found out where the battery for the motor was supposed to go and the clips for them. I would use them again for other blinds, but the amount of junk email they send is ridiculous.
I ordered blinds right before Christmas and they can only time and the fit was perfect. I originally went to Lowe's and the turnaround time was 3 weeks longer and were more expensive. I double checked the color while there and ordered from Select Blinds!

Had a minor difficulty trying to sync all the windows together on the multi Chanel remote, reached out to tech and they sent us a set up video- complete user error so we were able to easily and correctly finish the set up. They look great and customer support was super helpful.
The cord on my blind broke so had to replace it. I searched online and was happy with the way the double cell looked and the stated ease of installation. The holes aligned with my old blind and was up in minutes. The color is marginally different.

I needed a quick, economical solution to replace a ruined, custom screen at a non-standard sized glass door. Direct Blinds had the best price hands down, the ordering interface was easy to use, and the order was processed on the faster side of what was expected. Unfortunately, the vanes were fabricated 1" too long based on the dimensions provided. I was able to neatly remedy this by shortening the vinyl vanes with a chop saw, but unfortunately did not have the tool with my upon initial installation, necessitating a second trip to finish the job. Also, the colors on the website were not very reflective of the actual fabricated blinds... Blinds Direct offers samples for color matching and--time permitting--I would recommend doing that first. I did not have the luxury of waiting for color samples and wish I had ordered a lighter, redder color than what I received.
I was pleasantly surprised when I receive my blinds. However, I didn't realize that they were secured around my windows with. Velcro, but I was also pleasantly surprised at how they hold. The fabric is top notch and I would order again from select blinds. I like your products.
I am very happy with the blinds. They showed up on time as was promised. Perfect fit and simple to install. Best part my wife loves them!
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
