It is disgraceful that you think you can deduct payments from a person's account without authorisation AND refuse to address the issue when it is raised with you.

I haven't heard anything back after my initial reply to your email. At the end of the day I cancelled my subscriptions in plenty of time not to be rebilled

I want to cancel my subscription, so that my account is no longer charged. I never authorized a second charge.

I tried put my card information in and it kept declining I didn't know it was 22 dollars and I only had 20 on my card the first time it declined was because I didn't warn my bank so they thought someone was trying to commit fraud whole time it was me I'm trying to create a new account if y'all can help me please it would be appreciated

I emailed customer service to cancel a recurring charge and heard back within 24 hours that it was completed.
