A billing mistake happened with a seller where I had been billed for an annual subscription as opposed to a desired monthly one. Segpay was fast to respond and made everything right. Thank you!
I advised that I did not wish to auto renew my subscription in July this year. I received a confirmation email the next day informing me that the subscription had been cancelled but that I would be able to access the site until 20 July when my membership ended
