When I tried to cancel a subscription the website directed me to Segpay, because that is who it was billed through. However, the website provided inadequate information to look up my transaction with Segpay, and I never got a receipt from the website provider.
Segpay customer service helped me find the transaction information and cancelled the monthly subscription payments. It just took a few emails.
Both the company I made a purchase with and Segpay said the other one was supposed to give a refund. If you are going to provide payment services to businesses make sure you have policy in place for refunds so customers don't have to go back and forth with 2 different companies to get their money back. Terrible experience overall.
I emailed Segpay to cancel my account as I had not used it. They emailed me back the same day with a cancellation confirmation. Quick and easy! No hassle trying to convince me to stay in or sell me anything else. Thank you for simplifying my life!

Fast, easy, cancelation process. Wish the on site functions worked, though, or had a PayPal search function to find my account like my service rep did.
