Segpay is very quick to collect on behalf of the websites. But the group of sites are a scam. People are on line 2/7 and are either AI or people reading from a script. Not in the localities they claim to be.
My refund has been denied I place a comment for the refund and I have paperwork to prove I was charged

No answers or problem solving took me round in circles and confused me even more wrote all my details
Segpay was the third party manager for autopays for a site I used. I ended my subscription on that site after trying it for a month, despite buying a 1 year subscription, then I deleted my account. Segpay charged me that one year subscription a DAY later. I have gone in circles emailing customer service for a refund. They keep asking for the same information I have already sent (you can scroll through the email chain and see all of the answers to their questions). They were not helpful, have not tried to get me a refund, and have wasted my time. Honestly, it feels like talking to an AI or worse, a person who is not willing to help me and only cause further frustration.
I wanted to cancel my subscription due to it being a waste of money to me being that I chose to get the subscription to make some extra money since me and my daughter are struggling to survive but I decided to cancel it after a month of no funds made. I reached out to customer service in email to cancel it and went through the website and cancelled it and then deleted my whole account. But 3 days after I cancelled it two more transactions attempted to be taken off my bank card saying I was being charged for the next month subscription, which made no sense to me considering I had cancelled the subscription. I had to request from my bank to be refunded the funds which they did so it was my bank that paid the refund which makes me even more upset with this situation and ur company because first of I never should been charged again in the first place and then I couldn't get a response nor a refund from yal considering it was your company that continued ti bill me

You said it was them. They said it was you. I believe them. The charge never even made it to them. Your system was stopping it.
I got 24 of the same messages with the same spelling error. Nothing was resolved just the same email over and over.
My question was not answered. I wanted someone to explain why you are temporarily not accepting payment with Discover card and whether or not you will accept it in the future. I checked and there is no problem with my credit card or my bank.

I have two charges for subscriptions that I have cancelled but continue to be billed for.
I have provided proof of cancellations and continue to be billed monthly.
I'm using valid visa issued from Kuwaiti Bank. This visa has been accepted by several site accept Maryia Club site.
Asked for information but have not been answered.
Currently i want to add my new card details but the portal requires the old card number which i do not have as my card was stolen. I require another entry point to my account.
