I made a $63.35 purchase on a website that promised educational videos about video games and received pornographic and sexually explicit content. SegPay did not provide the refund as I requested and it was necessary to open a complaint with PayPal for me to get my money back.
When I click to pay, there is a banner that pops up that it has to be paid with bitcoin... fine, where and how, there is no link to explain it, or take you to a place to do so.
Then I have sent several emails to get help with that, NO ONE RESPONDED WITH ANSWERS.
Experience was not good because my card was used in illegal transactions.
But thanks to help of your support team I managed to be refunded.
I'm still waiting for Information and a solution!
I paid three times ( 3x300€) and i got only one time 300 Credits ( fraueninmeinernaehe.com)
Not sure as to why but using my Capital One credit card thru your site caused the credit card company to flag your site as a fraudulent site. They canceled my card and are sending me a new one. Also I'm not happy that you put hotneedywomen on my card statement thru Cap1 and Truist.
Die Rückerstattung eines Betrages bei nicht bestellter Buchung wurde umgehend in die Wege geleitet und war einen Tag später erledigt. Wirklich sehr schnell.
Bei einer versehentlich falsch eingegebenen Buchung wurde mir bei der umgehenden Kündigung die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises zugesagt. Schon nach einem Tag war die Rückerstattung erledigt.

The guy said he couldn't find a transaction but they sent this review request to a different email address than the one I gave them so they obviously saw the unauthorized transactions.
