I thought Segpay's staff was courteous and professional. I was contacting because my website subscription was on renew but was canceled without notice. Segpay let me know it was canceled because of an issue with my credit card. Unfortunately, the website's policy is to charge 71% more money when this occurs, which I think is ridiculous for a loyal customer. It isn't worth it to me. It seems like it would be a better policy to alert the customer of a credit card issue before canceling and not charge a loyal customer 71% more money. But that's not Segpay's fault.
Have had no definitive answers whether my issue has been handled or not. I'm still waiting after I sent personal information to verify my Identity. 24 hours ago. Would really appreciate an answer or a reply at least.

Subscription had been canceled for a long while then it auto renewed anyways so I had to cancel again and they won't refund. I will not recommend
Ordered a product of decals. Never received them won't give a refund. We'll deal with Paypall now
