As the self service site wasn't working at that time, I submitted an email request to cancel my subscription. I received a confirmation that my request had been received and assigned; a short time later I got the confirmation it had been completed. I was pleasantly surprised; my previous experience with other providers using email requests was not nearly this successful. Excellent service

I cancelled my subscription which does not expire until January 12 but the cancellation took effect immediately. The person told me that I would have unlimited status until then but that was not true. I'm disappointed I got the wrong information.
Title explains it all. The website doesn't work, the phone service barely worked. But after these experiences I was happily delighted by the email service which was fast and great.
I heard about this app from one of my close friends I decided I wanted to sign up and experience what they had experienced only to find out I couldn't get access to the app I don't know why but I couldn't I have enough money to sign up to their subscription to be a member but yet still I was denied access I don't know if it's because I am in Jamaica but to me that's just unfair and biased

This cancelation was not necessary because it was only a way to raise the price with 21% VAT.
With a simple question on an email the problem could have been solved in a more friendly way. (Price was before 99,95 and now plus VAT 21%)
