Ich habe die Webseite "muscletoworship.com" gekauft und mit Segpay bezahlt.
Danach habe ich "muscletoworship.com" sofort wieder gekündigt. Die Kündigung wurde nicht bestätigt!
Dennoch wurden mehrfach von meinem VISA Karten Konto € Beträge abgebucht. Ich habe dies sofort reklamiert und um sofortige Rücküberweisung der falsch abgebuchten € Beträge gebeten! Jeoch ohne Erfolg!
Deshalb: Nie wieder SEGPAY! Ich halte SEGPAY für unzuverlässig und deshalb ist meine Bewertung MISERABEL!

Aus diesem Grunde bin ich unzufrieden und halte SEGPAY für miserabel!

This company resolved my problem. I recommend this company for every one. They know how to treat customer.
Great follow up and closing of the investigation. I strongly urge Segpay to work with your clients to ensure that clear identification of the vendor is made clear when using PayPal. I had no idea what this transaction involved: vendor, billing company, etc. That lack of information triggers suspicion that the transaction is illegitimate and diminishes consumer confidence with that billing vendor.

Ayant voulu essayer Xlife le nouveau service de Segpay je n'ai pas compris comment cela fonctionnait (vous devriez le préciser car les trois choix proposés ne sont pas du tout clairs) j'ai voulu revenir à Reallifecam que je connaissais depuis longtemps mais il fallait d'abord annuler l'abonnement à Xlife et quand je l'ai fait j'ai vu que l'effet n'était pas immédiat. J'ai donc utilisé le chat pour qu'on annule sans frais Xlife que je n'avais pas du tout utilisé et pour le remplacer par Reallifecam. Dans un premier temps il m'a été répondu que j'aurais environ deux jours pour attendre une réponse (c'était un samedi) et que l'on ne pouvait faire autrement mais devant ma déception et mon insistance j'ai été averti peu de temps après ce même samedi que l'on pouvait me donner satisfaction.

But i reached out soon after to announce my mistake and it was fast replied and it was not problem to cancel and get a refund, very pleased with the service! Also reliefed when i got my money back that i did not have to spend for this nor wanted to spend!
