I wouldn't give it one star but I had to. I have not been taken care of or refunded the money taken from me even after proving all the necessary paperwork and proof that I got charged after I cancelled the subscription! Very upset and still waiting on my $39.99 refund!

I call Segpay to obtain my invoice from the purchase ID:*******. I had already called your office previously to obtain it, but I guess I needed to use the term invoice. Despite the use of the term invoice, tentative to delay or change the matter of discussion have been noticed. The mention of falsified information; the fact that I could not know the PO Box office number because it was "classified " information to make my request harder and harder.

You company is the second third party to email me concerning the ending of this subscription… There is many irregularities in my credit dossier with multiple institutions. I have changed credit cards many times and I should not have to counter argument your employees for a document of which I am entitled by law.
This institutional interactions was extremely stressful and kept me in an hyper vigilant state concerning my right as a person as well as the integrity of your company.

I'm not sure what I could possibly say about the service I've been dealing with for the last couple of weeks trying to cancel a 119 $ order that I somehow mistakenly bought, when I looked through my financial records I noticed this order and I've been trying to cancel it since I found it in my records, I would never pay that amount for a website that I never even heard of...
