I was charged a subscription fee for three months that I didn't approve or subscribe to, after contacting Segpay and explaining the situation the following day I got my refund for the charges it's great when things get resolved quickly Thank you

Pressed a button on a website to get info on an upgrade and was charged $120 for something I was just trying to learn about. Brought it to customer service and essentially told to pound sand.

Segpay billed me for a website for which I had lost all data: user ID, password etc.
I wanted to cancel without these login data. Segpay cancelled that membership within a day

Very quick response, I hope I receive the return of funds within 19 days as promised. Not too happy about the way that you get sucked in to subscribing to a site that you do not want, however, if the refund happens as described I will be happy.
